I had my car service scheduled for 8am and I would wait for the service to be completed. At 0950 I was back in my car and heading home.

Very professional and friendly staff, very helpful, this has always been my experience at VW City Gate at Little Chalfont.

Really disappointed!!! Just bought a car, months ago,my car was broken. Clutch and all the other kit was completely gone!!! They try to blame me,keep asking me a question regarding my driving, try to escape responsibility.Send me invoice of £2380 !! My previous Skoda didn't have any problems, not after 6 years. After week off nothing, i get my car ,and repair in private garage, for more than less money. Shame I'm already contact my lender company and asking for money back and return car!

Tried to say we will need to pay for brake fluid and air conditioning, the car was bought from the garage 1 year ago ,
The car was not cleaned inside or out , used to clean the car when we used to take our previous car there ,
Picked the car up no paperwork, I was just given the keys , nothing about what had been done ,
To be honest I don’t like giving bad reviews but I’m left with no alternative, as this was a very disappointing service compared to previous visits ,

Purchased a car recently. Found an issue worh the brakes calipers. They confirmed that this was an issue that should have been picked up on pre checks and it should be covered. Now not willing to pay even though I have only had the car for a few weeks.

South Ruislip Citygate serviced my car and were very good. Chase was my contact at service reception and was extremely helpful.

First service for my Skoda. The Chalfont team made everything easy, the car was ready by lunchtime and had even been valeted despite the extremely hot day. Great job, thank you Wayne!

I have taken my ID 7 to Citygate Ruislip due to a fault to the air conditioning system. I have to mention that the car is under a year and covered by a 3 years warranty. One day the following error pop on the dash “Air conditioning system doesn’t work properly. Please visit a workshop.” and the car was blowing only hot air. I managed to book an appointment with Citygate Ruislip being the one that offered the earliest date and I needed the repair done asap due to the heatwave forecast to come. Once arrived at Citygate service department they told me that the car has to stay there for 2 days. When I return the next day in the evening they’ve said that was no error present on the car and the air conditioning is working. I remember thinking that it’s pretty strange for an error present in the dashboard for 10 days to suddenly disappear . I went to test the car and surprise : was no error indeed but the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. I had to wait about 15-20 min for a little bit of cool air to show but it didn’t have power to cool the car. Clearly was working but not properly. I went back to them to ask what happens next because I was confused. The car just came back from an air conditioning inspection and the air conditioning still wasn’t working properly. They’ve said that if the air conditioning works but doesn’t have enough power it needs an aircon service( gas refill). I was a bit confused because I though they just done that. However they said that because was no faults or errors on the car they couldn’t do it themselves on warranty and it has to be done as wear and tear maintenance by me and they gave me a second booking for aircon service for the next week. Then I realised that this was the reason they told me that was no error on the car - to put the aircon service on me. Because if there were any leaks or system faults they should have done it on warranty. I honestly have to say that if they resolved everything at the first visit I wouldn’t necessarily mind to pay them for the gas refill and I think I could give a 4 or 5 star review. But the fact that they lie about not finding an error, they made me come again to finish something that should have done at the first visit, lack of professionalism make me not being able to give more then 2 stars. It could have been an easy 5 star experience for me ( in the end problem was solved and car is fine)but because of greed and predatory practice they managed to change it into a very poor experience.

I have been using Citygate Colindale for many years for the MOT and Service of my VW. I haven even brought my car from them.

I think citygate provides honest advise at all stages of car journey. And they get financial pressures of a customers.

And they reward loyalty.

I think citygate Colindale is great.

Buying and selling (back) - very smooth and transparent. When it came to selling back, their valuation was on par with auction bid prices but more importantly the entire transaction was handled efficiently. There was also no attempt to try knock prices off on collection, only reconfirming and checking based on pictures and documents sent earlier. Stress-free experience!

Clare was very helpful and provided exceptional customer service throughout my visit. An issue was identified with my vehicle, which is always stressful, but she was knowledgeable about the problem, clearly explained the next steps, and put a plan in place to resolve it. Her reassurance and professionalism really put me at ease. Thank you, Clare, for making a difficult situation much less stressful.

The online booking was easy and followed up with a phone call confirming. On arrival the staff were friendly and the process quick. When the work had been carried out I had an email with the results and a follow up call from Raj to go through it. When I went to pick the car up Raj again was very thorough and friendly. All in all an excellent experience.
