Amy in Sales was very kind and helpful in organising for us to have another lease car and also the Receptionist was very caring in giving us a drink and making sure we were ok whilst waiting for our Seat Arona serviced. The Service engineer was also very helpful in sorting out the clock in our car.

My experience with Citygate was excellent from the time I book my vehicle for it's annual service check up to the time I collected my car after the service.
Claire was very helpful and very efficient. She explained well the status of my car and future checks for the vehicle.

Citygate has changed the system for paying for work done. Originally one could pay with a credit card or by Bank transfer. This has now been reduced to payment only by bank Transfer. For me this has made life vey difficult- I am an OAP that doesn't use a smart phone so cannot pay by smart phone. When I take my van in for a service I would normally wait in garage until completed & pay by credit card & return home. I cannot do this now. As garage will not release van until bill is paid- I now have to travel home by taxi- a return journey of 15 miles- pay bill on my home computer return & collect Van.
Service @ Woburn Green Van Centre was booked in for 10.20am - but received Telephone call at 4.30pm to say Service couldn't be done until the next day, This meant I had the inconvenience of no transport for a day. Also Van didn't get a wash.
Also got a quote of £160 for change of brake fluid - but got it done for £80 at local garage.
The change in Payment System was not a directive from VW- but will make a call to Citygate about this.

It was a simple service - quickly completed. They reported brake fluid levels as needing attention - again quickly completed after my authorisation.
The car was back with me the same morning.

I have ALWAYS experienced great service from Citygate (Skoda)Chalfont.

Their communication, after sales service and payment plans all add to the experience not to mention everyone is attentive when you walk in the door.

Parking at the VW garage was easy and the staff were all very obliging. When I explained that I would be waiting until the service was completed I was given priority so the car was ready as early as possible

The service team from reception to workshop at Citygate Kia Slough certainly know what they are doing with EVs. Other Kia main dealers mis-diagnose issues, quote thousands for unnecessary work and keep you waiting 6 weeks for an appointment. However my experience of the Slough team is fantastic. Shorter lead times, properly trained knowledgeable, approachable technicians, accurate diagnosis, fast repair times and all within the budget originally quoted. I’m actually reluctant to give this glowing review in case everyone starts using them! Safe hands.

Positive interaction with service department staff. Service completed by lunchtime and car returned having been washed.
