City Cows Cowhide Recensioni

Getting a refund is impossible. I sent back £500 worth of goods. Proof of receipt 10th December but 4 weeks later still not received a refund on my account. I’ve called 3 times now and emailed customer services, but sill no luck. Do not use this company if you think you may need to return the items you have ordered.

My experience was appalling service. All chaser emails ignored, no refund given - had to invoke chargeback. If they managed comms in a smarter way and responded to my advice and guidance email they would have not have lost a sale, and I would have bought a replacement. They used to be a great company to do business with. If you want cowhide rugs TKMaxx are a great alternative, range is smaller but they mange customer comms and refunds much better. TKMaxx also pack items with care. My experiences (more than one) with City Cows is they shove them in a box with no packing/coverage.

great service, quick and efficient! The quality of the goods is excellent.

Firstly the good- ordering & subsequent acknowledgement was fine; the rug itself is just what I wanted & I'm very pleased with it. However, the delivery box was dreadful. It was dreadfully bashed; tired looking sellotape was vainly trying to hold it together yet failing & tufts of fur were sticking out. It didn't match the online description of delivery materials whatsoever. Worst delivery box I've ever had. Shame.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you want to return items and get a refund. I received ZERO communication when I sent my items back, I ended up having to open a dispute and even then my bank had to refund me while they still waited for a reply from city cows!!!!!! Terrible customer service and looks like refunds aren’t as easy as they claim!!!!! Shame on then!

Fabulous sheepskins, this is our third purchase, but won't be our last. Highly recommend, these are proper quality items.

I have bought a rug from this site previously when I received an email offering me free sheepskin gloves if I ordered a second sheepskin rug. I thought it was a good deal so ordered the rug which arrived minus the gloves. I found the rug to be slightly smaller than original rug but as I was due to receive free gloves I was happy to keep. After sending 3 separate emails to customer service asking when I would receive the rest of my order I have still not received either a reply, explanation or the goods. No contact at all. Such a shame to have poor follow up to query. Puts me off ordering in future or recommending to friends and family.

excellent company excellent products fantastic prices

Beautiful sheepskins. Quick delivery. Will definitely use again

A few years ago I ordered some cow hide cushions , very pleased when they arrived and have lasted . Moved house and wanted to order more but a specific colour . Ordered two and great . Went straight back on and ordered more of the larger size . They arrived , wrong colour and of the smaller size . Contacted City Cows by phone and email several times with photos of cushions and invoice . Obviously they didn’t match . Always promised a call back , never happened and I have paid premium for smaller size and wrong colour. Customer service appalling, it’s a shame as I like the products and wanted to order more ..

Beautiful rug, just what I wanted and more. Super quick delivery was an extra bonus. Highly recommended, I will definitely be purchasing from City Cows again.
Thank you for a brilliant service.

Very Fast delivery and lovely rug

beautiful hide delivered swiftly

Still not received order or update and seriously delayed. It was for an occasion so not impressed.

Nick was great and really helpful and the rug looks fantastic

Everything went very smoothly, super fast delivery, love the rug

Delivered on time but hide had a few holes and while the size promised was 135cm x 110cm, what actually turned up was 110cm x 90cm? That I believe is only about 65% of the promised area! A bit misleading but I need it for a shoot tomorrow so no time to haggle. It was on sale! Maybe that had something to do with it. Other than that looks nice but reading the instructions a bit more delicate than I thought. Advertised as a floor rug in front of a fire but instructions say that's the last thing you should do unless you want it to shed! Sales, sales, sales, check before you buy!

Bought items from Citycow before always great quality

Great Company!
We have used CCC before and have been impressed with the product and service, which prompted us to use them again

My order did not arrive - not City Cows fault, but I emailed company and it was immediately resolved politely and efficiently.
I am very happy with my sheepskin pad too it is lovely.
