City Chic does a better bait and switch than Wish does. Ordered 5 products from here as a first time buyer. First off, the items looked vaguely like the picture, but not quite. I was unaware of their ridiculous vanity sizing (I’m at 18 on a good day, what translates to their size 18 had a neck hole so big it went over my shoulders.). Okay so I was wrong, decided to return the whole order in the same box. About 3 weeks later I receive a refund for one item that was in the box but nothing else. Emailed, called, emailed, called. Finally someone tells me they never received the items and they must have been lost in transit. Okay, but you received and refunded one of the items, but you’re telling me the others never got there? Never offered anything other than the response that they didn’t have the items. 8 months later, I gave up. 144 dollar lesson learned.

I am trying to return items through happy returns when I put my items in to return it keeps coming up invalid the items are pictured and it is not over the return time.reached out to customer service says will get back to you in72 hrs maybe a little bit longer that has been 17 days ago.will not order again.l realize they might be busy but 17 days is a long time looks like I am stuck with clothes that I don’t want

Extremely Poor Customer Service Experience! Sent item that looked really cheap back to them over 30 days ....they have my money and the clothing item. They have yet to refund my money! Everytime I email them, they send a robotic email that says check status with 24/7 chat service. Then when I contact them I get someone who can barely understand English and she continues to say she will check the status and email me. No upstanding company should operate this way. Dont purchase from them.

Omg I wish I had checked reviews first. I’ve purchased their clothing via Macy’s and it was nice quality so I took a chance and ordered directly. Two weeks later they can’t tell me when my order will be shipped or what the status it and they can’t tell me if they can cancel my order. Never again.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. I have spent the past two months going round snd round with customer service to get either my items or a refund. They are dishonest and always tell you they will check into it but never do. You cannot trust this company. I cannot believe they are allowed to operate but stealing peoples money, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER.

I have actually bought a lot of city chic clothing, primarily dresses and coats. I’ve always liked how it fits and the quality. But normally I buy their stuff from a third-party...they had a great sale so I bought directly from them, even paying for the expedited shipping. What a joke. I will never ever ever buy directly from them again. It has been almost 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my stuff I have called numerous times and they said “we had a problem internally“. Absolutely ridiculous and there’s no way they’re going to stay in business of this is how they do it!

If I could give them no stars I would, WORST return service ever. No one helps and every time I call "they will check into it and call me back" The customer service rep I speak to sounds like a child that has no clue what's going on. My package was delivered to them October 8 and it is now October 19 and still no refund. I will not order from this site anymore! I should of seen the red flags when there is no reviews on their website. Horrible experience!!!

They claim "Easy Returns" yet I returned two items to them in July, and the package got lost over a month ago somewhere at the FedEx SmartPost and the tracking verified that information, but they still won't refund me my money because they have not received the return. I used their return label, they are able to track it themselves and verify that my package was lost, so it is unacceptable that the customer has to be stuck in the middle of their claim with FedEx. I've called multiple times, e-mailed them multiple times, chatted them and asked for a manager, and they still have not provided a fair resolution for me. I will never order from this website again!

Not Happy Returns as their site mentions. You have no luck getting through to their Customer Service. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to ever ordering from them. I am now out a lot of money because they refuse to provide the Happy Returns their site promises.I have attempted to contact them 4 times with no luck at all!! It is unbelievable that a company can operate this way.

Will never order again from this institution. FedEx delivered me an empty package and because of someone else's lack of detail I will NOT be receiving a refund. Even though our security video shows FedEx clearly throwing an empty package , City Chic refuses to release a full refund. Unacceptable !!

Horrible customer service loose products and I never got my products and I will never order from them again . The representative was horrible.

City Chic takes your money and don’t not give you any exchange or return order on March 2020 and the the pandemic hit NYC and shut the state down for 98 days so I ran into there sixty day policy rule I explained to them which they know about coronavirus of 202O and they refused to respond I was returning the item because it was too small now I’m stuck with something I.cannot wear DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE ONLINE APP

I'd give less than a star if this site would allow it. For 25 days I was led to believe I'd receive what i paid for & after a long email trail,learned no resolution was going to happen. Once I fired off an email to finally vent how unsatisfactory this company's practices are,I was messaged a response with a $20 voucher to a future purchase. Ridiculous that their idea of customer service is to string the consumer along,not offer explanations to their actions & then go "here's a coupon for the next time you want to play this game with us again". As if.Taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

I will never order from them again. No updates on an order and no live representatives to talk to. Take your bloody store out of the US if you do not have the man power to support here. I ordered over a week ago and still nothing on my shipment. This happened in 2017 as well and at this point they are not worth the investment. And god forbid you actually have to return something. Good luck with that. Avoid at all costs.

I would rate the quality of the clothing 4 stars, but the customer service, specifically the return process is horrible. I returned two items almost 3 weeks ago, and after multiple inquiries, still have not received my refund.

I received an email on 3/1 stating that my return had been received at their facility. I followed up on 3/6 and on 3/12, received this email: I appreciate your time and patience in this matter. I have been advised that this has been actioned in the warehouse and it can take up to 48 hours to have your return in the system for refund. You should have you refund in your account 10 - 12 business days. We will push for earlier.

My total refund is almost $300, and it is totally unacceptable that it is taking this long to process. For this reason, I will not be buying from City Chic again, and do not recommend the store.

The lack of customer service help is disgusting no one to talk to if you have a problem or help you only through email and they are located all the way in Australia which is foolishness but your selling clothes in America i just find whole situation stupid!
