Great VoIP phone! it just works! sign-up, creditcard, dial!

Also found lots of useful functionalities, company management and integrations (some are probably for more sophisticated businesses than mine)

Great service, a thousand times better than a competitor we've recently used, user friendly and reliable. Support were great too when setting up.

We installed the system within hours of looking for a solution. We found the whole setup to be very intuitive for anyone that has a modicum of IT skill.
We found that the solutions provided represented excellent value for money and we now have one number that directs to a menu system to direct calls to three different parts of the business. Out of hours call handling, answering machine system with voice to text recognition instantly emailed to us, transfer music, hold music and easy to use apps and desktop solutions.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.
The team are on hand to take calls and offer supportive advice about the setup.

I think the service and value offered by Circle Loop is fantastic.

I had a very simple setup, redirecting calls to circleloop app installed on mobile. Terrible sound quality, product is unusable.

Dealt with a guy called Adam today....Everyone should have a Adam in there company dealing with customers, this guy was a legend!!!!

Very helpful service provided by Cain, got me through the sign up with ease plus gave some very useful tips.

They really have been great. Everything went like clockwork with the number port. The app is good and I like being able to have it on my desktop.
Answerphone messages are voice to text and then emailed which is nice.
I am genuinely impressed
Oh, and the line quality has been good so far

I called to discuss calling from our CRM package and got through to Dan. He advised that it is something to do with the CRM we use. Dan went the extra mile and investigated the issue and came back promptly with the answers i called up about.

Despite their frequent reminders that I had a 10min Demo scheduled with one Customer Success Executive & Head of Onboarding personnel, they failed to call at the appointed time. However, they did email me 30 mins after the allotted time to say that due to the high level of support queries, they were unable to call when originally arranged.

No apology in the email for wasting the time I had set aside for the Demo or, for not calling when planned.

Extremely poor communication, and approach, from a communications company.

It's absolutely terrible. Manages calls over data and has constant issues and drop outs. Why is WhatsApp/Facetime/Messenger able to do this so seamlessly, and this is pitched as a business product, yet lacks basically functionality of actually being able to hear the person on the other end.

Great value, easy to use and makes such a difference to our agile workforce.

I have been using CircleLoop now for several months with my small software business, which I run from a log cabin in my garden. It was so easy to set up a line and a number. I can route it to my desktop or my mobile, meaning I can take calls when out of the office. But I chose to put a VOIP handset on my desk which means I can send and receive calls in the traditional way even though I don't have a phone line in the cabin. Very happy with the service.

We are a small family firm of solicitors and have for years been paying far too much for our telecom services with the major national provider.
We found all of the staff helpful and the service very suitable for our needs and importantly very easy to use. Our dealings with Duncan and Imogen in particular were patient and helpful

Excellent customer service, really friendly and helpful in getting us set up. Great offer including a 20% charity discount. And it's a great service, I'm sure that pretty soon we won’t be able to imagine how we ever coped without it.

Great affordable modern virtual phone system.

Really poor customer service. Tried to contact customer services THREE times had to leave answerphone messages and an email and nothing. Have not been able to make outgoing calls even though they had invoiced me for a Month's service. Started off good and then fell off a metaphorical diff. Want to cancel service, and want money back. Please cancel my subscription and give me my money back.

Circle loop has been great for our business needs so far.... But like a lot of things time has come to move on to a cheaper competitor.

I've not had any issues with circle loop, customer support was always helpful. Mobile set up was easy and worked as we expected, call recoding as standard was great. Only neg thing i have to say is the lack of features... On hold music built into the platform without uploading files would be a great start. Text message to customers to say sorry we missed you. Id not be on the move only for fact ill save £100 odd per year.

I wanted to try out the TRY FRE advertised by RING CENTRAL for telephone calls, but they deny that offer which is still available on line. YOU OUGHTA TRY OUT THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS/ ROGUES BEFORE YOU RECOMMEND THEM.
