I am thrilled!
I only need the phone in the mornings currently so the out of office hours are very handy. I love CircleLoop, it does everything I want and more and it will grow with me as my business grows. I love that i can have a different voicemail in the afternoon to the one that plays in the morning if I happen to already be on the phone. I love that it emails me the transcript of any voicemails left and a link so I can play it. I will be adding a new phone at some point when I employ someone, and with the comprehensive settings we will both hear the main number ringing. I cannot fault it! Even when I'm not a tiny start up, I won't be looking to move to a different system.
