Excellent service
Excellent service. The post office was late in delivering my package but when I contacted Cimexine to ask where my order was, they apologised and immediately offered to resend my order again, thinking it might have got lost. As it was, I did get the parcel that very same day but I was very impressed by the company's answer to my query. The product itself (mattress encasement) is of good quality, fits the mattress very well and not at all intrusive (no ruffling noises, no plasticky feeling or sweat inducing material!). All in all a very good experience and I would be happy to order from them again.

The mattress encasement arrived before the given delivery date and was well packaged. It was easy to put on the mattress (2 people works best) and fit perfectly. It is so soft and comfortable...you don't even know it's there! Great quality product and reliable retailer. Many thanks.

Mattress cover arrived promptly, two working days after placing the order. Product is very well packaged. Cannot comment on the mattress cover itself, as yet, as I am awaiting delivery of my new bed and mattress before using it.

As we always say to anyone who calls, and indeed on the product description, bed bugs are hard to kill and hard to direct hit with insecticide, and once the infestation is well established, you are going to struggle to get rid of them with amateur strength products alone. We've not spoken about the infestation to you directly, but assuming it's been there a while you are going to need professional treatment. Service was great
Service was great, didn't have to wait long for the super slim mattress covers, they are for our Z beds, that relatives sleep on in our patients rooms, I have just ordered three more.
