Solid product, though not cheap. Exceptionally quick delivery!

So far my order has failed to arrive and attempts to recover it from DHL have failed. Not happy.

Wow. “We are not a postal service’. This is not an acceptable level of customer service.
If you are sending something via courier, it is your responsibility to ensure it arrives with the customer. If the courier lets you down, it is your issue and I should not have to spend hours on the phone resolving it. The fact remains, I have not yet received the goods, having paid. I do not wish to spend yet more time on the phone with your courier and would appreciate it if you would resend my order to me ASAP, and take up the issue of the lost parcel with dhl directly.

very few hiccups, did the job thoroughly. I have no complaints at all and would recommend them.

Mattress and pillow protectors are fine but the plastic packaging they came in seems rather wasteful.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Cimexine. The two lads from Pest Professionals who came and heat treated the house did a very thorough and careful job. They also sprayed around the house and laid traps for any bugs that may have survived. We are going through the 14 day after treatment stage and so far so good. Heat treatment is expensive but Cimexine prices are reasonable , much cheaper than other quotes i had. Would also recommend their mattress protectors , very well made and very comfortable

Good service and delivery. A missing item was very efficiently dealt with arriving the day after I had phoned Cimexine

No sizes given on product packaging. Sales person's attitude was " suck it and see " ! No instructions to help with fitting mattress cover. Will take at least 2 people to fit. Would not recommend or personally buy from this company again.

Very pleased with the product, easy to use great results.

Quick delivery, reasonable price, product actually works, as bedbugs activity has been reduced to almost nil! I am planning to buy one more bottle of Insectaclear for mattresses and couple it with Insectaclear for cracks and crevices for a fully working effect - luckily infestation in my place is small and contained.

Good value for money. Effective. Easy container to use. Would have appreciated 'instructions' - there were none on the container nor was there a leaflet - as I wasn't sure how much to use on the mattress I wanted to treat.

A little pricy but worth it in my opinion. Nice fit and wash well

Have used Cimexine before, products and service excellent although on this occasion packaging on product was different than shown on website which meant a phone call to clarify correct product, but they were extremely helpful and all was well. I would def shop with them again.

Website had everything I needed to know to nip an unfortunate situation in the bud. Honest evaluation of problem and very swift delivery of product.
My only concern was that the mailing label has British Bug Control on it. I bought from a company called Cimexine. Postal workers gossip. That's a bit like having the Rentokill van outside your house. But I followed the advice on their pages and the problem is solved. I will be reordering a partial order to ensure our issue is resolved properly. My daughter has been struggling with a nightmare in her home using holistic remedies. It's just not enough.
This works.

I have used other makes of sprays before but they never worked. Used this spray and the powder and after a few days have not seen any bedbugs fingers crossed hopefully.

It’s the only way I can find some sleep whilst also killing them off

I have not received the item yet. Where is it? It should have neen delivered ladt Saturday. Please send it to me asap or pay the money back.
