Superior quality timber and build, worth every penny. You couldn't make and build your own for the price they're offering right now.

I ordered a 10x8 pent garden workshop/shed and opted to have CVGF come and install my shed for me. I had already prepped the foundation a few days prior and when the 2 lads CVGF had sent arrived they were professional, polite and efficient with the install. Before I new it I had a brand new garden shed, 10/10!
P.s speaking as a tradie myself it always helps to supply them with a brew 😉

We bought the Cottage Arbour (seats 3) recently. The quality of the main body seems to be generally good, although there is a large fault in one of the armrests, but the roof is made of what appears to be packing crate wood badly nailed together. I emailed the company - thinking perhaps I had been sold a fake through their Amazon Shop - the company replied “The roof of the arbour is made from tanalised redwood, the same as the body, but featuring a rustic feather edge finish rather than a planed finish. This is the correct specification for this model.” Well that may be what they call it but “packing crate wood” seems to be a better description of what it looks like.

I have checked back to the website and it tells me “This top quality garden sanctuary is made from the finest timber, with a lovely smooth finish and attractive grain. It is erected entirely with screws making this a product designed for lasting stability. This products seat slats are secured from behind so there are no screws visible from the front. The 5th grade Redwood timber is pressure treated to Hazard Class 4 (HC4) making it rot free for as long as 25 years.” ……Well the roof is put together with nails not screws.

The website also states

“Product facts:
Hand crafted in the UK
Made form Scandinavian Redwood
Pressure treated timber
15 year+ life span
No painting required”

Yet the roof has badly warped in only a few months.

Well made furniture, the prices are not too bad, and everything was delivered in short time.

Very pleased with the shed, the staff when ordering were really helpful and friendly and the lads who fitted/built the shed were excellent. All in all very good.

Very happy with the quality of the wooden arch I received and for the great customer service. The wood is made from quality and well constructed timber and was easy to erect. An element was damaged during delivery, one phone call and one day later a replacement arrived, a prompt, speedy and attentive customer service. I will certainly buy from Churnet again.

Valley Round Table Set for 4

Ordering was very easy, and I was frequently kept up to date re delivery dates etc. Delivery was very quick definitely no complaints on that score. The table and chairs are very well made, sturdy and strong and most importantly comfortable to sit in. We are very pleased with the service and the furniture.

We really love our new open Garden Room. It’s well constructed from quality timber, and we’re truly satisfied with our purchase.

Lovely solid furniture, comes fully assembled which is great.

I ordered a Churnet Valley Swing Seat via Robert Dyas and there was an issue with it. I spoke with Churnet Valley direct and they promptly sent a replacement part but as it didn’t rectify the issue they not only offered to replace the swing but offered to take apart the faulty one and erect the new one free of charge. Which as I live in Kent was not easy for them. The customer service received was exceptional and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you Churnet Valley

Churnet Valley Garden Furniture delivered and constructed the Chatsworth Summerhouse fast and efficiently.
