I called Naomi today in need of extra help as I am mums carer with thier help and suffering bad asthma and needed extra cover to help look after mum so I could have few days off and recover. She arranged extra cover to start that night. What an amazing company Naomi and Chantel came out and got mum all sorted for the evening in their usual happy caring ways. I am so grateful to them. They are always there for client and family.

I would like to thank Izzy, Naomi who were instrumental in helping arrange emergency care for the relative and pets of a patient we attended as an ambulance crew. Their help, expertise and dedication in supporting the needs of the patients relative was truly amazing and much appreciated, making our job so much easier in very difficult circumstances.

My second review but justified. As a family member of an ageing parent with many needs it is essential that you can rely on care givers. Twice this week my mother has needed an ambulance, twice carers didn't leave me to deal with the situation alone. They supported me as much as they did my mother. Reassuring me. As I became more upset and overwhelmed they helped me cope. I am truly grateful for their care.

I have been receiving help from Christchurch Care for over two years. In that time the carers have become friends whilst maintaing a high degree of professionalism. They are genuine, kind and very supportive and I am able to have good conversations and more than a few laughs with them. I would recommend this Care company to anybody without hesitation.

Most of their carers are lovely but some were terrible. The care company would not take concerns seriously. The house constantly smelled of urine because they put unwrapped pads in the kitchen bin. Even came home to find unwrapped pad on the kitchen counter. Our eyes were opened when I moved in and I wondered why this annoyed them but sadly I found out why. Turned up frequently late and then visits were at random times. Breakfast call could be 7 or 11.30. Another carer might turn up half an hour later. I was so stressed out by then I was physically unwell. It was the failure to clear up excrement which was truly shocking and we would find it on flannels, towels and the shower seat. The loo was caked in it. So gross. I have pictures of how my mother was left.

Excellent team, who go the extra mile. They have been looking after my mum for a year and have built a trust with her. All of the team have been professional and helpful.

Always really helpful and bend over backwards. They treat Mum like one of the family and know exactly who we are when we call. Brilliant!

Since starting to work for Christchurch Care, I’ve been made to feel more than welcome - as I’ve always been part of the team. The care team are brilliant and have so much knowledge on all different areas. The whole team gel together well. The service users are all valued and involved in their whole care planning process. Can’t see myself working for anyone else

I have worked for this company for a while and have found staff to be very friendly and professional whilst maintaining a family feel.
The clients are also very good.

I met quite a few of the carers from Christchurch Care when they attended my elderly neighbour. They were all always bubbly and upbeat no matter what they faced, and spoke to my neighbour as though she was one of their family members. When her needs changed, all stops were pulled out to facilitate any changes in as short a time as possible. They really were carers in the true sense of the word.

Been working with Christchurch care for nearly 3 years, the best company I have worked for always putting residents needs first, trustworthy, hardworking staff and always their to help.

I have just joined Christchurch care and the management honestly care about the staff and see you as an individual, not just a number. The management are responsive and approachable for staff and clients. The care staff are very lovely and knowledgeable. I'm loving working for Christchurch Care

Cannot recommended highly enough!

My father had a fall down the stairs, and the response was excellent, arrived within 10 minutes and very quickly reassured my father and myself. Naomi then assessed him and had a great practical way of getting him back on his feet, really impressed with her professionalism and kind nature she knew exactly what to do

Despite a good start the quality of care wore off the longer we were with this agency. Had a very nasty experience which led to Mum being hospitalised because of what can only be described as abuse. Would also not turn up without warning causing problems with medication. Felt they created a very close relationship with Mum describing themselves as family to her face but then withdrawing care completely which left her confused and mourning their loss. As she had dementia it made life very difficult for us. There are a few good carers here but the handling of my Mum overall was not good and the damage done when they got rid of her care was appalling and could have been handled a lot better.

Naomi G recently went that extra mile for us out of hours, staying till late to support our Mother and then made sure extra support was in place to cover the weekend and ongoing care.

I have worked for Christchurch Care for 9 months now and can honestly say after working 4 years in the care industry they are the best company to work for. Management team are amazing and always there to help. Care team are superb and a pleasure to work with. Couldn’t ask for a more kind caring team to work for 😊
