Excellent purchase and professional service from delivery and sales teams, unfortunately due to purchasing my barbecue late in the season I have been unable to use it yet but looking forward to next year when the days get lighter and warmer.

We had a Chesneys gas wood burner stove fitted over 12 months ago and it is STILL not working. The after service we have received from Chesneys is absolutely unacceptable, they haven't even been out to check the safety of this gas stove. We have just had 8 days without electricity and one of our reasons for choosing a gas wood burning stove was to give us some heat during the power cuts that we sometimes have in this area, unfortunately what should be a welcoming focal point in the room is stone cold and unfit for use. The glass goes black in minutes and the acrid smell is unbearable. If it is turned off for a few minutes then tried again the stove will not even light. We understand that it has been difficult for many businesses over the last 18 months but we have been very fair and extremely patient although we wish now that we had not chosen a Chesneys product or had any dealings with Chesneys.

I have purchased from Chesneys before and always happy with the product especially the Shoreditch Wood Burner we purchased in November 2020.
We then purchased a Heat and Grill in April 2021, promised we would get it for summer, turns out after many pleas to get it for my husband's birthday in May, my son's birthday in June, family wedding in July we are now being told possibly the end of August . . .
The communication has been extremely poor from the company with no reassurance if the warranty starts from date of purchase or delivery, as this makes a huge difference. Requesting summer delivery for this out door product, Chesney's retaught is " that its an all year round product" but who barbeques their Christmas lunch?
I am very disappointed as seventeen months on from the pandemic, the company blames it inadequate service on Covid and Brexit. . . really?
We are on the verge of cancelling as we have seen the Kamado Red wood grill which is fantastic looking has many more features, is similarly priced and available for delivery tomorrow. We also like the look of the Green Egg similar spec but far cheaper.
To sum up the Chesney product is great, the communication poor, customer care non-existent, the delivery "whenever" please learn from us-
think before you buy.

I want to give a 5 * review as this product (Clean Burn) is a great addition to your outside living. Customer services dealt with my issues in a friendly and satisfactorily way. The lead in time was more than expected and the delivery company not only let me down but let Chesneys down. And whilst that is something they can pick up and improve on i did feel it unfair to criticise Chesney for this. So to sum up the unit is now with me and is and excellent well made product and Customer Services are there doing a great job to resolve any issues.

Not cheap but a fantastic product that enables us to have another living space in the garden. Very pleased.

I’ve shopped around many fireplace companies and have been buying from Chesneys for a number of years now.
Their product range and quality is far superior to anyone else.

Not impressed by constant delays in fulfilling my order which was made in March 2021. I purchased through another company who say that there is nothing they can do as Chesneys are over promising but under delivering. I have been given three different delivery dates, all of which have been cancelled at the last minute. Not good enough.

We wanted an elegant quality fireplace for our listed home. We did our research and very pleased to have chosen Chesnys. Everything superseded our expectation and most delighted with the end result.

Our Heat and Grill arrived in March 2021 and we are delighted with it. Superb build quality, easy to light, burns very clean and it throws out a tremendous heat. Our friends and family have been astonished by it. Just be warned - your guests will not want to leave!

Great stove for outdoor entertaining. Excellent response by Chesney’s to problem with delivery contractor.

Heat & Grill is well made and exactly as described and arrived on time. Marked down from a 5 in that the "white glove" installers knew little more about the device than we did and were really just a delivery service and the smokeless operation is a lot less smokeless than expected even with kiln dried wood. Cooking is however a lot more controlled than a conventional barbeque.

I recently bought the outdoor clean burn wood burner stove.
It’s a really well made and attractive piece of kit. And my goodness it kicks out some heat .
Service was first class including white glove delivery .

Delighted with the Clean Burn stove. It lights easily, doesn't smoke you out and provides good heat.

Excellent service from ordering, payment and delivery, totally thrilled with the Heat and Grill Barbecue, would thouroughly recommend, well worth paying a little bit extra!!!!
