An overall great experience, we are very pleased with our rabbit hutch which our bunnies are enjoying very much. Our additional customisations were accommodated which we highly appreciate. Any issues we encountered were resolved.

Just had 2 tortoises houses delivered, thank you for making them to my exact size, perfect for my boys and garden.
We are absolutely delighted with them and the service we had from yourselves.

What a waste of time.
Ordered a rabbit house, all very easy with payment etc and general communication. Only thing is that every time they communicated (at the very last minute every time) it was to give me an excuse as you why they couldn’t deliver my order as promised. Workers called off site, ordered parts not good enough quality, not enough people to do deliver order even when we had agreed a delivery date. Eventually, after about 10 weeks our rabbit house was ready - delivery dated and time agreed. What a surprise , they didn’t turn up. No explanation, no apology. I asked for my money back and for proof they had arranged the refund. My emails went ignored. I asked my husband to step in as it was causing me a lot of stress due to the high value of the order. Weirdly they answered him immediately. I would like to stress that I was not unreasonable with them at any point - they simply stopped replying to me. Anyway, we got our money back and have ordered (and received) a much better set up for our rabbits.
Seriously - as a small business owner myself I would never ever treat customers like this.
Just don’t bother - you can get better from better!!

I have seen their response to say this is not a verified review - they are lying! AGAIN!! Do not give them your money. I have a whole email trail of their lies and can happily provide these upon request. Utterly ridiculous. These people need a morality check.

Exactly what I ordered, delivered on time, and fully installed. All contacts with this supplier were handled quickly and courteously. I am delighted that the final chicken coop installed is as I imagined it. I will order any future animal housing needs from Cherry Acres

Had the guinea pig shed over a month now. Very well made. Arrived on time and worked around me. Builders were very polite even though the weather was rubbish.

A beautifully built chicken house using good quality wood. It has doors either end and one in the middle section. Excellent communications informing me of delivery day and time. Very pleased with every aspect of this purchase.

Failed us as an animal rescue centre with a big order.
Lots of cancellations, 1st set of cages have had gaps etc which was due to poor deliver people who were rushing.
It's a real shame as they could be a great company if they sorted out their customer services.
As it stands I wouldn't recommend, however they were competent in giving a refund.

Failed to deliver items ordered. Repeatedly cancelling within 12hours of planned delivery. When I tried to reschedule they blocked me.

Avoid at all cost unless you just like giving your money away. The communication from this business is the worst Ive ever experienced and customer service is nil. After 4 failed delivery dates still no sign and no sign of the money either.

Their response just proves what sort of company this is as no money has been refunded and they cancelled the order themselves. Not an issue for me as its now legal but want to warn others so they can make their own judgment.

Horrendous customer experience. After paying almost 2 thousand pounds upfront for rabbit housing with an advertised 2-4 week lead time, every aspect of the process had to be chased up by myself including pinning down for confirmation of payment/order and trying to arrange delivery dates. Over 3 months there were 4 delivery dates that never occurred, each with excuses ranging from weather, staff sickness, no transport or even denying any knowledge of a date being arranged. Even when speaking to the company owners partner on serval occasions, promises to call back or stick to delivery dates were not fulfilled. Eventually after 3 months of terrible communication, ignored calls and what felt like a complete lack of consideration for customer care, I’ve given up and requested a refund. I can only presume this might be due to me living in the north of England. I have since had a great experience with another company (Benchmark kennels). At the end of the day, there are two gorgeous bunnies who I need to sort some suitable housing before the winter and the feel I have been massively let down by this company .

A fabulous business providing great pet housing. Just had our Montgomery kennel installed for our frenchie and the team that came were so good. Friendly, knowledgeable and on time.

Would not recommend this company .We ordered a dog kennel and run.They have given us 4 delivery dates but they never turn up.I suspect we are not going to see the product and I intend to report to trading standards.

What a find! Fantastic company, with fantastic products, installed by fantastic people. I’m so happy with my new rabbit shed. It’s brilliantly made and was delivered and installed really quickly.
Will be ordering from Cherry Acres again.

My lovely chicken coop was on a 2-4 week delivery time and it actually arrived exactly 2 weeks after ordering it.
There was regular communication re delivery - initially via email and then via the phone. I had 3 phone calls to keep me updated as to where they were throughout the day. They said 4-430pm and that’s exactly when they arrived.
The team put the coop together on site which only took 45 mins. They also gave me advice about keeping chickens, automatic door openers and how the coop functioned.
Yes they do have central switchboard/reception but they always got back to me.
I would highly recommend this company. The product is excellent, the team professional and very communicative.

Very happy with Dan and his colleague very nice people nothing too much trouble our bespoke dog kennel is exactly what we wanted. Excellent communication, top rate work, top quality materials and workmanship!!

We bought a shed back in April. We were given Several delivery dates and they never came! They then blocked us on Facebook and blocked our phone numbers.

They had crap communication and we had to ring them to ask why they hadn't come they didn't tell us.

Reasons they gave us for not coming:

- van broke down
- workers quit
- van is in the workshop
- van in the workshop again
- double booked the hire van.

They have given these excuses to a lot of people. They have taken our money and given us crap in return.

They said they will refund but who knows if that will happen. My mum is furious as we now have 4 rabbits without a home. I've put a post on Facebook and all social media DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDS.

If we don't get our money back they will be consequences.

As for your snarky reply we wouldn't of had to use fake accounts to contact you IF you hadn't of blocked us or or phone numbers.

We ordered a bunny house for our daughter and was told it was a 4 to 6 week lead time. We paid £1400 and was told to expect it on Friday 17th May 2024. We arranged and paid for someone to take down our garage on the 16th May 2024 to make room and our three rabbits were put in a garden shed overnight - at 10am we were told this was not coming as the van had broken down and it would arrive on Tuesday 28th May 2024 - we were going away for a week but the bunny house was more important as our rabbits were struggling in the shed so we cancelled our plans and waited again. We get an email to say its not coming as they van was still broken and the hire van had been double booked and then a telephone call to say it is coming on the 5th June 2024. Today my daughter rang at 10.00am to see if it was definately coming tomorrow so we can arrange to have another annual leave day from work. I telephoned at 12.07pm as we had not received a response as the number only goes to the reception people who have to get a message over, they were ringing me back. At 13.31 hrs I rang again and I am now still waiting. (13.44

Why can no one give us a date for delivery - our bunnies are struggling in the shed and my daughter is very upset.

I am really pleased with the tortoise pavilion that we ordered from Cherry Acres Animal Housing. It is of high quality and for an extra charge I was able to have the design changed slightly to fit in the area marked out for it.
The delivery date was changed a few times, which was a bit frustrating, however, I was always informed of this change and the lady was always very apologetic.
When the shed arrived, the team asked me to show them where it was to be installed. I was then given a run through of each section for the structure and was asked if I was happy. It took the team a few hours to install. I had to go out before they had finished, but I was called once it was completed.
I can’t wait to move our tortoises in over the coming days!

Really happy with the 2 wooden planters bought from Cherry Acres. They are sturdy and well made. Fabulous value and perfect for what we were wanting.
