Bought a dog collar from Chelsea Dogs…great product and customer service
Bought a dog collar from Chelsea Dogs in December. For one reason or another by the end of January, I had still not received it. However Alexandra was extremely helpful. On Saturday 4 February. We received the collar which had been sent for the third time. The collar is beautiful. Not only that they had included a second collar as a gift. Needless to say we are very pleased with the outcome and the impressive customer service from Alexandra and Chelsea dogs . Thank you 🙏

1star customer service, expensive but cheap "Chelsea" goods
I ordered what was supposed to be a bespoke "designer" collar and lead for my toy poodle (size xtra small).
After waiting a month and chasing the order three times, I only received the items after opening a PayPal case and writing a negative google review.
The owner of this business seems uninterested in providing genuine "designer" products but rather producing cheap things with her "Chelsea" brand.
The customer service number ALWAYS reverts to voicemail and despite leaving several messages, I didn't receive a call back.
Their contact us email system returns no replies so you have to search out the support@address to actually get anyone to reply.
Once replies are made they are excuses - blaming Royal Mail etc..
If you want a refund, forget it as you'll have to post at your own expense.
Just diabolical and I wouldn't buy from them ever again given that there are other more reliable businesses with better products for the price.

Dreadful customer service.
The customer service dies not even warrant 1 star.
I ordered a size medium House of Paws harness which although was the size based on his size it doesn’t fit. I want to return it for a bigger one but there are no return details.
I have sent three emails, left message on phone number , which is never answered, whatever time if day you call, and posted on Facebook all with no response for over a week.
Terrible communication, bad service, disappointing
Ordered dog birthday cake 3 weeks before date to allow for COVID restrictions. No sign of cake day before. Not good enough. The issue was with DPD. You should not penalise the customer, just take it on the chin and get money back from DPD. Sadly will not use again or recommend. A mere assurance contact would have made a very negative review into a positive. When trying to place a review on their site it was not allowed, possibly as not a hood one?

Placed an order 4th February, money was taken within minutes. Not had 1 confirmation email yet.
I've called 3 times. Emailed. Filled the form on for a call back, Facebook messaged them and still nothing, terrible service. Don't actually know if I will receive my order.
Hi I have been checking my emails daily for confirmation, I have just gone through them again, I've been through my trash also, definitely nothing received. Waiting is not a problem at all but when the money goes out on the 4th and no confirmation has been received you do wonder whats going on.
I did however receive an email with no order confirmation but it said please rate how did we do....
I feel the 22nd is still late to confirm an order of the 4th. Also I have rang so many times. No one enjoys doing a negative review. Some customer service would have been great in this situation.

We placed an expensive order for a Luxury large Sofa dog bed as we just could not find anything we liked on the Market for our dog Diesel.
The service we received from start to finish from both Alexandra and their designer Seldon was 1st class as prior to placing the order we had emailed to confirm the correct measurements ensuring that the large sofa bed would fit in our lounge and more importantly be big enough for our GSD Diesel to lye comfortably in. He absolutely loves his new bed as we do for him and would definitely recommend Chelsea Dogs, money well spent I would say, very happy.

Had a horrible experience purchasing…
Had a horrible experience purchasing from this supplier, never to be repeated. The company is outwardly packaged as a professional, direct supplier of doggy things, but it turns out that it's one girl on her computer, not a proper company at all, not directly stocking anything but instead issuing email orders to third party suppliers who then post the goods to you at their leisure.
I would have no issue with this usually but having placed an order, I was keen to receive the correct item ASAP as my pup was urgently in need of a larger harness, having quickly outgrown his last one.
I severely regret putting any kind of faith in Chelsea Dogs and relying on speedy delivery of my item....because this is how it all played out:
1) my first item purchased did not fit despite the measurements listed on the website
2) they neglected to refund my initial (expensive) postage charge, I had to ask again for it to be refunded separately. The owner feigned having to 'check with the bosses' if that would be ok, but then later refunded it.
3) my second order, a replacement item and different style (to ensure correct fit) arrived over a week late and, her third party supplier sent completely the wrong item!
4) This person and/or her supplier continued to lie about posting a replacement for the second item for immediate next day delivery...it arrived another three days later.
5) During our email conversation, whilst I was trying to find out a correct delivery date for my replacement item - she simply stopped responding to my emails.
At no time during our interaction was I rude or abusive, just concerned that I wasn't being truthfully informed about the whereabouts of my item. I took this as the final nail in the coffin that Chelsea Dogs is obviously a crooked one woman job who, once she has your cash, loses all interest in getting your item to you on time and responding to any customer service queries. Her phone line even defaults to tell you that their office is closed....suspiciously at lots of different times of the working week. Hmm.
Every item on her website can be found for the same price or cheaper elsewhere. Save yourself a lot of hassle in emails/phone calls and treat your pup to something nice from a different supplier. Chelsea Dogs doesn’t deserve your money.
Follow up note: Chelsea Dogs have tried to remove this review, assuming because it isn't favourable. Let's hope that Trustpilot don't remove this one too, it's an honest review and nothing personal, they're just a terrible company. Let's hope they put their efforts into better customer service in future rather than trying to hide their mistakes.
