No sign of order after 10 days, showing as not yet shipped and zero response from customer service and no phone number available, no refund, no redress !!!! Just disgraceful !!!

The herbal calm, was brilliant my dog has changed for the better and is so much calmer.

Not delivered ordered cancelled with no explanation!
I ordered mushroom supplements for my dog. Received a despatched notification. 2 days later had a generic email telling me I had received a refund with no explanation. I emailed asking what was going on and to date have received no reply.
