Slecht bedrijf komt afspraken niet na. Had een tafel besteld en aanbetaling gedaan van de helft van het bedrag. Wacht al meer dan een jaar op Geld of een oplossing maar geloof niet dat deze nog komt. Pas op je wordt bedondert

Geen tafels, geen afspraken nakomen, geen geld terug, niet reageren, bel u volgende week. Bel u woensdag. Komt niks na.
Wel met ander nummer kun je nog tafels bestellen en je aan betaling over maken

Achtung Betrüger!!! Verkaufen Tische die sie nicht haben. Sie bekommen nie die gekaufte Ware!!!! Auch Ihr Geld überweisen Sie nicht zurück!

U kunt het beste aangifte doen, wij zijn een groep gedupeerden en hebben dit allemaal gedaan.

My deepest regret is not listening to the negative reviews. Do not make the same mistake I did. This is not a reputable furniture business; it is an organized scheme to take your money.

THE DECEPTION: In April 2025, they were instantly responsive via WhatsApp, promising a high-priority August 2025 delivery for my table. I paid the €849.50 (50%) deposit the next day. This is where their service ended. They are wired to sell, steal your money, and disappear.

THE LIES AND BROKEN PROMISES: Since August, communication has been a masterclass in deception:

🗓️ Fake Delivery Dates: They constantly offered dummy delivery dates that were never honored.

🏠 The No-Show: They confirmed a specific delivery date, I took the day off work, and they failed to show up without any notice or explanation.

📧 The "Backlog" Smokescreen: They claimed a third-party was taking over due to a backlog, asking me to reply to an email to get a solution in two days. When I replied, there was zero follow-up—they later asked if I had replied, confirming their lack of system or care.

📞 Ghosting and Avoidance: Their phone numbers seem non-existent. Calling via WhatsApp resulted only in immediate automated messages promising a reply on a specific date, which never came.

My last contact was a promise on October 10th, 2025, that a solution would be provided in two days. Predictably, nothing happened.

I have given up chasing them and am now pursuing legal means to recover my €849.50 from these thieves. If you value your money and your time, AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS.

24th November - ADDENDUM: SELLER RESPONSE AFTER POSTING REVIEW

Immediately following the publication of my initial review, the seller contacted me via WhatsApp. This sudden urgency, after months of silence, delays, and excuses, is incredibly telling and highly unprofessional.

* False Claim: They immediately claimed I "chose this way without contacting" them. This is patently false and completely ignores the extensive timeline of my documented attempts to reach them.

* Deflection: Subsequent messages asked if I wanted to "solve the issue" or "solve it the right way." The right way is simple: IMMEDIATELY REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT OWED.

* The Intent: Their continued refusal to simply process the refund—instead asking if I want to 'solve' it—only reinforces the suspicion that they are actively attempting to convert and retain the funds.

* Pattern of Behavior: They even sent copy-paste template messages (including some in Dutch), strongly suggesting that this is a generic response sent to multiple customers facing the same fraudulent non-delivery/non-refund issue.

🔴 IMMEDIATE LEGAL ACTION COMMENCED
As the seller has deliberately ignored the final, non-negotiable deadline provided for a full, unencumbered refund, the period for informal resolution is definitively closed.
I have now formally initiated proceedings through every available legal and enforcement channel. This includes:

* Filing a comprehensive complaint with all relevant Consumer Protection Authorities and Regulatory Bodies.

* Commencing formal judicial litigation to compel the return of the funds and seek damages under relevant consumer law statutes.

* Pursuing all available execution and enforcement remedies to attach assets and collect the judgment once issued.
I will pursue these actions with maximum rigor and full financial commitment until this matter is fully adjudicated and resolved in my favor.

Final Warning: Do not trust this business; their conduct suggests a sustained pattern of misappropriation. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Wij zijn helaas weer een gezin dat problemen heeft gehad met dit bedrijf. We kozen een tafel uit, deden de aanbetaling en daarna begon het lange wachten. Pas na maanden kregen we een eerste leverdatum door. We verkochten onze oude tafel om plaats te maken voor de nieuwe… en raad eens? Op de dag van levering kwam er helemaal niets.

Na contact opnemen kregen we pas dagen later een eerste excuus. Er werd een nieuwe datum beloofd, maar opnieuw kwam er niets. Weer excuses, weer een nieuwe datum — en opnieuw niets geleverd. Zo naderden we bijna negen maanden wachttijd toen ons werd verteld dat de tafel die we hadden gekozen nog in Indonesië stond. We kregen twee opties: óf nóg langer wachten, óf een andere tafel nemen die al in Nederland was. Teleurgesteld kozen we uiteindelijk voor de tafel die hier beschikbaar was.

Na negen maanden werd de tafel eindelijk geleverd. Twee weken later verscheen er een grote scheur in het blad. Ons werd gezegd dat dit normaal was en dat het na de zomer zou worden gerepareerd. Aan het einde van de zomer namen we weer contact op, maar sindsdien worden we opnieuw aan het lijntje gehouden.

Als je problemen wilt vermijden, blijf dan alsjeblieft weg bij Chef Furniture. Het is vooral veel vertraging, slechte communicatie en onnodige stress. Investeer je geld liever bij een bedrijf dat wél verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar is.

En graag geen contact meer opnemen — ik verwijder mijn review niet opnieuw!

The week of my scheduled delivery I could not get in contact with Chef Furniture. No communication, no table delivered.

I later noticed dozens of 1-star reviews spanning back years that had the same experience. Once I requested a refund, he replied within minutes.

He next asks the victims of his scam to remove their negative reviews in exchange for a refund. He sometimes pays back a portion of the refund, but the full total will continually be delayed with excuses.

Fraudulent business. Many of us have contacted his bank, police, etc. If you ignore this warning, don't pay until the table is at your door.

Deze recensie omdat wij in januari dit jaar bij Chef Furniture een eettafel hadden besteld.
Deze moest per direct geheel betaald worden zodat er binnen zes weken geleverd kon worden.
Helaas is er toen niets geleverd en nu zijn wij al die tijd al bezig om ons geld terug te krijgen.
Ali Alouid el Kadi heeft alle smoezen inmiddels gebruikt die er te verzinnen zijn en heeft mooie woorden om je weer een paar weken aan het ‘lijntje’ te houden maar afspraken komt hij zeker niet na.
Afgelopen juli hadden wij al een negatieve recensie geplaatst maar deze er op verzoek van Chef Furniture er later (onder druk) weer afgehaald omdat hij binnen drie weken absoluut ons geld terug zou betalen. We hebben de helft gehad. Hierna nog wel beloftes en zielige verhalen maar geen betaling!
Inmiddels word er niet meer gereageerd op app , e-mail of telefoon.
Dus koop NIET bij Chef Furniture!!
Dit is pure OPLICHTING en geloof vooral zijn mooie praatjes niet.

Table was 1 year late. The one that was delivered leaked glue from cracks which spoiled clothes and dining chair. Another year gone by and no replacement.

20 Juni een bestelling geplaatst voor een tafel, de afgesproken levering was voor 1-8 Augustus. Zit nu in eind Oktober en er is nog niks van gekomen. Ik had in eerste instantie engelen geduld met hun redenering dat ''vanwege privé omstandigheden het zakelijk slecht gaat'' maar die geduld is op. Elke vraag die ik heb word niet beantwoord en ontweken, telefoon word niet opgenomen en beloftes met nieuwe lever datums en planningen worden niet nagekomen. Het vertrouwen is volledig verloren. Op geven moment hun social media bekeken (Facebook) en waargenomen dat hun de comments hebben uitgezet en er op de laatste posts alleen maar boze emoji-reacties zijn. Het spreekt boekdelen. Misschien is het verhaal waar, misschien ook niet. Hoe dan ook is je kop in het zand steken geen manier van zaken doen. Het is onverantwoordelijk, respectloos en onvolwassen.

In de tussen tijd zit ik mooi in een nieuwe woning zonder tafel met het bord op schoot. Het is te belachelijk voor woorden, een grote nachtmerrie.

Update, 20 November: Inmiddels mijn bestelling geannuleerd en geld terug gevraagd. Net zoals andere mensen hier doet dit bedrijf een poging om je te blackmailen door te zeggen dat hun een deel van het geld pas terug storten als je je review verwijderd en dit bewijst. Schaamteloos. Alsof dit ook maar enigszins je reputatie zou verbeteren.

Dit is een oplichter. Niet kopen hier.
Na 8 maanden nog steeds geen tafel geleverd. Na meerdere keren mijn geld terug gevraagd maar ook daar geen reactie op
