It has been a genuine pleasure to work with Rhian. She has been beyond helpful and kind. She has done her best to find us the perfect home. And would constantly find us new ones that suited us.

I've had absolutely amazing service from Kirstie at the Farnham office. My partner and I have been struggling to find somewhere as we were often being brushed off. However, with Kirstie she welcomed us in with open arms plus she and her colleagues made the renting process speedy and easy to understand. Huge thanks to the Farnham and Alton team helping us smoothy move into our new home, highly recommend :)

From my very first enquiry through to passing all of my checks, Nikola has been absolutely outstanding. She responded to every email incredibly quickly, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and always took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. What stood out the most was how reassuring she was whenever I had questions or concerns. Moving home can be stressful, but Nikola's professionalism, communication and attention to detail made the whole experience feel straightforward.

Nikola is an absolute credit to Charters, and I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves for the standard of service she provides. Charters have provided an excellent service from beginning to end, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We had a viewing with Michael and he was so professional and welcoming. From first contact, to checking our requirements and then arriving on time (well early actually) for our viewing, Michael was a pleasure to work with. We have looked around a number of properties and he was the most thorough and professional agent we have come across.

She guided us through every step of the process, explaining the contract, the referencing process, the guarantor requirements, and the initial deposit in a way that was clear and easy to understand.

Charters were the estate agent for the house that I am purchasing. They have handled the process without issue from start to finish. Jo in particular has kept me updated and has been easily reachable and responsive. She helped resolve a particular issue we had with timescales, and overall her management of the matter has made it that little bit less stressful!

I first viewed with charters in Havant and Luke and his team have been brilliant never a problem when I needed to view always very happy to help they have been amazing and would highly recommend Luke and his team in the Havant office.
After I had agreed to buy Lisa took over getting the house exchanged she has been brilliant too never too much trouble always willing to help and with her excellent help we actually exchanged contracts today!!! Well done Charters excellent service all round from a very happy buyer !!

Staff are up and doing with their resposes. Their lines are always open to recieve your calls and answer your questions. Met with Zara today and she was superb. Would really recommend.
