Very rude advisor answered the phone today at 14:40. Not helpful at all. Would not recommend. If you hate working as a call centre and molies then get a new job- don’t take it out on potential customers.

Highly recommend
I had some complex questions relating to Trusts and the level of service I received from the firm, and their adviser Lauren Jeffs was really excellent. House Purchase
Buying a house has never been so simple. Connie Ellam and Nikki Cutler made my whole experience so enjoyable. I have acquired a few properties in the past but this was one of my best experiences ever. Communication was great and the whole process appeared so simple. Saved 25% with remortgage with 2 quick phone calls
Following An online enquire I got a call within an hour, quick chat about what I was looking for and we arranged another call as I needed to find some info about my buy to let mortgage.
