Rebecca Mckety was absolutely amazing with getting the Mortage sorted for me she was very quick at responding and organising. I have used John Charcol before and would 100 percent be returning for my next property later in the year.

John Charcol have been fantastic, and particularly Leanne Dewey, supporting us through several attempts to buy a property and finally getting us through to completion. Their support has been really valuable to us, and made the process so much easier overall. I'd recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering getting a broker to help them through.

Alvin was excellent. He is knowledgeable, very thorough and showed initiative. Adverse entries had been wrongly added to my credit report without my knowledge after I moved house. I was very concerned but Alvin advised me and put my mind at rest. I had the entries removed and, in the meantime, Alvin found a good mortgage. Fiona was also very helpful. I thought John Charcol's fee was high, but it was worth it. I have no hesitation in recommending Alvin.

I cannot say enough good things about John Charcol. I chose them after doing an online search for mortgage brokers who could assist people moving back to the UK after living overseas. Georgijs found us a great mortgage. Not just an okay considering we had just moved back after a lengthy stint abroad mortgage, but a great mortgage full stop. He was very responsive to questions, and Zerena on his team checked in with us regularly throughout the process.
