Great service, helped on all aspects of the purchase

Exceeded expectations in every way. An extremely knowledgeable mortgage broker who made the whole process clear and straightforward. Even after the mortgage was approved, the level of support and guidance was fantastic. I truly couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!

Use another broker. John Charcol were dodgy in my experience.

Doped me as a customer for no reason just as my offer was accepted. Withdrew mortgage offer which also affected my credit score. NO REASONS GIVEN.

The recommended a conveyancer with was later suspended by SRA. So also got screwed with that. Nice one JC. Cheers for the stress, damage to credit score and now out of pocket as I had to get another solicitor to sort out the issues.

XYZ Law also tried to charge me for services already paid for.

The "Partner" at JC was a decent bloke, but they gave no shits about the customer. Just another number. Don't give your business to these kind of companies. I ended up with an independent broker which I found to be my saviour.

Jenna and the JC team were exceptionally professional, always seemed on hand when things got tricky close to completion. Excellent service start to end

I wanted to leave a review for the excellent service I received from John Charcol when arranging my mortgage. Although my mortgage was completed back in October last year, I’ve been meaning to share my feedback as the experience was genuinely outstanding.

A special thank you to Alvin Rajcoomar, who helped me secure my mortgage for the second time. Alvin was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the whole process. He made everything clear and straightforward, which really helped take the stress out of what can often be a complicated process.

I’d also like to give a quick shout out to Fiona Allan for all of her support along the way. Her assistance and communication were greatly appreciated and made the whole experience even smoother.
