Informative and helpful with good communication. Connor gave us the time we needed to explore the house without any pressure and provided useful information about the area.

We have been working with Matt Dennis, who we have found to be very helpful and professional. He is keen to help and takes the time to try to get know his buyers personally and make them feel at ease. He has an enthusiastic and friendly manner, and uses little touches, like making sure he has connected a client's name to their phone number, which make a big difference to feeling valued as a customer.

I sent an online viewing request to Chancellors and received a response the same day from Carmen who although was fully booked for viewings the following day arranged to stay later so that we could view the property. Carmen was on-time, friendly and was able to answer any questions we had regarding the property.
