Harriet was very responsive to our enquiries and very helpful. She went out of her way to facilitate our transactions and kept us informed promptly of developments. We were most impressed in her efficient and professional approach.

We had a viewing with Harriet Friend…
We had a viewing with Harriet Friend recently. Her service from the point of contact to meeting was exceptional. She responded promptly to our online enquiry and quickly organised 2 viewing to suit our schedule. Nothing was too much trouble.
She was waiting for us at property number 1. Her lovely personality made the viewing an enjoyable experience. She offered us a wealth of knowledge about the properties but also gave us space to explore Independently and discuss our thoughts amongst ourselves.
She was professional whilst being approachable. We felt that nothing would have been too much trouble for Harriett. It was a pleasure meeting her and I would not hesitate to liaise with her again regarding future properties.

Relaxed, friendly and efficient
Having moved to the Isle of Wight, we planned to return to the area and had a hectic schedule of viewings arranged, Harriet from Chancellors managed to fit in with our timings and we enjoyed a relaxed, friendly and efficient viewing, where all our questions were answered. Highly recommended.

Chancellor's, have been extremely good , always doing the best they can to promote, the sale of our property. Harriet introduced herself along with Simon, after Patrick left
, who was extremely good at his job, i was sorry , he had moved on , but can not fault how helpful Harriet has been to help us move forward in selling our property, she came out introduced herself, and took her time to listen to what I had to say about selling our property, she took my opinion on board, which is so important , we sat down to see how we could move forward in the sale, taking , new photo's introducing , our property to the London office and contacting , people that might be intrested in our property,

Always happy to help and knowledgeable!
I had found a property to buy and Harriet went on to help me with getting some mortgage protection and was very helpful and knowledgeable within the field. I had a face to face appointment with Raj and couldn't fault the team. They were professional throughout the process. Will definitely use Chancellors again.
