The agent I worked with is mr Taimur Bhatti. He has outstanding knowledge of dealing with people and very friendly and approachable. Due his politeness, kindness and subject matter expertise I am fully confident to buy property but due to my own circumstances I could not proceed further so I strongly recommend to use the agent call Taimur Bhatti from ChanDelors.

Jamie has been fantastic to work with in renting out our house. His communication is excellent, always replying quickly to messages and always on hand to answer any questions. His work in marketing the house was superb and our new tenant signed quickly upon viewing. Highly highly recommended!!

Juliet is very proactive in dealing with any issues that happen. She's excellent at communicating promptly and clearly, and very good at representing both landlords/landladies and the tenant.

Jamie has been brilliant - he was = really attentive and called me back promptly several times today when we missed each other - it's a stressful period as I thought I was going to be homeless after my house sale and now I have peace of mind that that won't be the case. Jamie is a credit to your business and I'm a harsh critic of agents given I work in the industry myself!

After a sketchy start to my experience with Chancellors Woking due to a change of staff, I couldn't be more delighted with the service that Charley Wheeler provided. She is caring, diligent, fun and extremely hard working. I've been incredibly impressed with how attentive she's been given she is new to estate agency but without a doubt she will have a bright future.

If this review was just about Charley, it would have been 5 out of 5 but unfortunately the communication from Chancellors before she started when staff left was extremely poor and frustrating. Things most certainly improved when she arrived, I would highly recommend her if you are looking to sell your property in Woking or the surrounding areas.

My recent and ongoing experiences with Chancellor's, particularly their Property Management services, have been absolutely dire but the one shining star in their organisation is Lettings Negotiator Jamie Bursill. What a fabulous employee - so capable, thoughtful and willing to go over and beyond to help out in a difficult situation in any way he could. I really cannot recommend him highly enough and, in my opinion, Chancellor's are incredibly lucky to have him in their employ.

I recently dealt with Charley when viewing a property. I was surprised to hear that Charley had only been a Sales Negiotator for a few months as she demonstrates an excellent level of professialism and subject knowledge. Charley was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have now made an offer for a property marketed by another agency. If for any reason the sale does not go through, without hesitation I will return to seek Charley's services at Chancellors.

One of the worst agencies I’ve ever had to deal with. Unprofessional, incompetent and the Woking branch I would highly avoid at all costs if you want to rent a decent property.

On the whole, the experience with Chancellor's so far has been pretty great. They were very quick to get open house's set up, with multiple acceptable offers following. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but generally sorted very quickly by Nuvin via a quick email or phone call.

The boys who have attended me have been very attentive and friendly. They have always tried to help and solve any problem during my tenancy process.

Jamie Bursill has been a very helpful letting agent for me. I have been fortunate enough to find a place to rent within a few days. The viewing was up to the mark and the letting process was very guided. I recommend Chancellors and Jamie, Nuvin to anyone looking for a place to rent in Woking.
