Great communication via email and telephone from the team.
Rachael was a great help with the sale and Information about the chain.

We used chancellor's for the recent purchase of our property. Our agent Rachael was extremely helpful from the first call, with excellent knowledge of the property and location. Though the whole process Rachael provided us with constant update and information that we required and in the few occasions Rachael wasn't available the rest of the team responded quickly an helpfully.

Rachel has been superb with respect to the marketing and offers on our house even in dealing with the particularly difficult circumstances of a sale for divorce purposes. A big well done Thank you for your understanding at a difficult stage

We needed a valuation for probate and wasn’t sure of the estate agents in the area.
After looking around we chose chancellors of Thame and Veronica the manager came out to the house.
Veronica made quite an impression on us,she was very sensitive to the fact we were selling our family home of 67 years and yet professional and very friendly.
We decided to sell with them and we’re not disappointed.The whole team in the office were 100% on the ball.keeping us upto date after every viewing and weekly updates as well.They even watered the plants when in the house.
When we sold the house we were then looked after by the office staff.
Yet Veronica would ring me every now and then to check we were happy.

My wife and I viewed a house in Oakley with George Whitburn from Chancellors. The house was very much as described in the sales material and was lovely. George was an excellent guide, knowing when to volunteer information and when to let us find things for ourselves. He was on top of his brief and always courteous and helpful. Our only criticism would be that 1/4 hour is not reasonable as the time allowed and we would urge Chancellors to review this policy. Otherwise all very professional and thanks to George for his help and courtesy.
