Dan was with us every step of the way. It was a difficult journey at times with the market conditions and a few other complications, but he helped to keep our spirits up. Dan did everything he could to find us good buyers, and his gut instinct was spot on when it came to the best buyers to accept an offer from. We're moving out of the area but if we were staying we would not hesitate in using Dan again.

As first time buyers we couldn’t of have had a better first experience dealing with estate agents. Dan was super helpful and professional from our first viewing to getting our offer accepted. I had lots of questions and Dan was always patience and happy to help!

Non existent communication, unable to communicate a rent increase and suddenly expects back payment, mould reported and ignored, the seal on multiple windows have gone but ignored (this is causing said mould), the shower leaks because they've bodged a shower door that doesn't fit, the list goes on.

Very friendly, every query was answered quickly and cheerfully. Also very efficient. I'm very glad I chose them to sell my house, which sold within a few days of being on the market.

From the start, the chancellors team, Dan & Rachel, were welcoming, professional and motivated. This was bourne out during the initial phase of property descriptions, photographs etc, which were done on time and with minimal intrusion to our busy lives, which was hugely appreciated. The day that the house went on the market a buyer was found, we are still in shock, but hugely appreciative of the professional attitude shown by the Thame team, only to the next stage of our housing adventures...

We recently completed our house sale with Chancellors in Thame. From the first visit they were professional, friendly and helpful. The initial valuation was immediately followed up by a phone call from Rachael who was our main point of contact throughout the sale. During the entire process Rachael was in continuous contact and was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with, keeping us up to date with what was going on and answering any questions we had. I would not hesitate to use them again based on our experience.
