Throughout the sales process I got regular updates, the valuation was pretty close to the eventual sale price so I would say they know their market.

Tom Bailey was particuarly good when showing prospective buyers around as he has first-hand knowledge of life in the village - he lives there :-). I think background knowledge , and his friendly nature, were an important part of making the sale for an acceptable price as he was able to paint an accurate picture of what it would be like to live in the village.
One small annoyance, poor communication from the progression team once a sale had been agreed.
