The viewing experience was great with Bradley, he was very informative and clearly knew exactly what he was doing and was very much in his element. Both me and my partner felt comfortable throughout the whole viewing and we were also comfortable to ask any questions we had, which Bradley had the answers to every time!

From start to finish, the team at Chancellor's have gone above and beyond to help us obtain a successful sale of our Father's house. I am an Executor in respect of the Will by the owner of 136 Oxford Road Swindon who died in June 2023.
The details had to go through probate which was granted earlier this year.
Prior to grant of probate I contacted 3 estate agents in Swindon and chose Chancellors who were very helpful on our visits to view the property and reach a selling price of £280,000at that time. Of course no sale could be reached except subject to contract and grant of probate. Michael Hughes was very knowledgeable and helpful at this stage.
Over the weeks and noting various offers made, I decided to reduce price to £260,000 and over. Numerous visits were made but no improved offers were received at that time.
We are now in the position of drafting confirmation of sale awaiting some final enquiries.
I was impressed by the regular updates by Chancellors. Michael Hughes was very helpful in reaching our decision both by e-mail and telephone. The final offer plus a few extras were fully acceptable to us.
