Chelsea is extraordinary – She always kept me informed before and after the viewings, Pro-active by reviewing prices continuously and in a professional manner. Her young age fooled me at first but was an absolute added value to the whole experience. I would recommend Chelsea to anybody who wish to rent out their property in SL5 area.

Jessie worked very hard to arrange an early viewing on the property ahead of anyone else. She was very helpful, friendly, honest and professional and we felt that we were in good hands throughout the process.

Jessie, and Paul, managed to pull the rabbit out for my sale. Without the brochure even being issued, an asking price offer was made by the first viewers. Great sales and skilled marketing. I expect the follow through during the rest of the sales process will be stellar too. Many thanks to the team, and especially Jessie.

We found Jessie to be excellent and addressed our needs perfectly. She had that ideal balance of being informative and thorough without being pushy. Addition, after the viewing she had emailed us with the responses to our questions within the hour. We understand that she is relatively new to the profession but there was no evidence of that in her handling of our enquiry.

Strange to be leaving a review after just losing out on a property but feel its important to do so. I have recently worked with 3 different agents to buy a family home and have found them all to be very unfocused, lying and just trying to get things moving without care.

Emil at Chancellors was honest, pushed me to my best price and then ultimately was respectful that the property went for more than we could offer in this situation.

Hopefully, we find another property in the future but credit where it's due the process was handled very well.

I contacted Chancellors to view and apartment, and got put through to Jessie. She suggested that I viewed a few other similar properties. I found Jessie to be very professional and polite, both in person and in e-mail. At the viewings, she allowed me plenty of time to be thorough, and I found it so refreshing to have an agent with an opinion. Jessie also followed up on the answers to the questions that I had, that she did not know at the time. I am disabled and Tracey Brooks extended herself to come and physically help me read and sign legal documents sent to my laptop. Ms Brooks also kindly hand delivered hard copies of the documents.

Jessie was very helpful - she had researched additional properties that were suited to my needs for space and access (preferably ground floor or with good lift, lots of space, outside space and storage).
