In terms of reletting my flat, Dominic and his team members, including Miles were excellent in supporting me to refurbish the flat. Essential for me, as I am currently living in Australia and could not return to the UK due to the COVID19 restrictions, to supervise the work myself.

In terms of lettings (LPM), another part of the business, some issues to be overcome but overall Domonic has kept me interested in continuing with Chancellors and has relayed my concerns to LPM.

I bought my home via Chancellors with Ian Newton as the agent. I can heartily recommend Ian and indeed the whole approach of Chancellors. Ian is personable and mature - a pleasure to deal with - whilst at all times representing his client. If I were to be selling or buying a property Ian would be the first person I’d call. I would add that Ian had to take holiday days but he arranged with his colleague Dean to be the contact in his absence. An issue cropped up and Dean was v helpful.
