Property purchase in SJW

I recently purchased a flat in SJW which was being sold through Chancellors and another agent. Dean Whitley is extremely experienced in the industry and this was evident throughout the process. The purchase was therefore a notably stress free experience as he was able to manage the process excellently from start to finish. Thank you.

Excellent service from the word go. All three consultants I spoke with readily available and responsive. During sale process they were open about competing views, and what they thought were best prospects of a sale.Once offer accepted their transaction team were always helpfully in touch.

I was very satisfied with Ella’s follow up on my moving process and making sure everything will be in place as we agreed and planned. I had the option of going for the same flat with other agency but because I knew her from our previous engagement on viewing another apartment, I decided to go with her.

Moving to London from overseas, finding a place and renting it is no easy feat. But Chancellors and especially Miles F. was great help not only in finding a property we liked but also coordinating our concerns with the landlord and overall guiding us through the whole process.

Chancellors have been great - as I thought they would be, having had a relationship with them for a number of years. They have provided me with three tenants in a difficult market, the last of whom took the flat. The process has gone smoothly and I have been really pleased with their market understanding and responsiveness. They are a pleasant, professional, on-the-case bunch.
