We were always kept well informed throughout the selling process and our queries were promptly answered. The person we liaised with, Mary Rajan, was always very helpful.

Very pleased with the whole selling experience. Everyone in the team were professional and pleasant to deal with, particularly James Johnson, the Sales Progression Manager who helped enormously with pushing things forward and keeping us advised thoroughly and often throughout the whole process. He was a pleasure to speak to, very polite, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend Chancellors as an agent to use for buying and selling property.

All phone calls and emails were promptly replied to which meant that we were not left wondering what was happening about a particular issue. Staff were both friendly and helpful and sympathetic to our moving situation. Review relates to both Banbury and Bracknell offices. Special mentions to Charlotte and Emily at Banbury and Shelby at Bracknell.

We very much appreciated having this service there were a great many occasions where it would have been unimaginable not to have someone to help progress the dale and reach out to solicitors on both sides.

I want to praise Briar Jones from the Bracknell Progression Team for the effort and success in getting our house move through. It was, at times, very nerve wracking wondering if it would actually happen. She is to be highly commended.

Briar was an absolute star, she went the extra mile for us. She kept us updated through the whole process. Helping when we were getting nowhere with the solicitors etc. Explaining everything to us at every stage of the process.
