Chancellors is a complete disaster of an agency! I traveled all the way from outside London for a confirmed viewing, only to waste 2 hours of my life waiting around like an idiot. They had already sent me a confirmation email, but then called me just 1 hour before the appointment to say they were STILL waiting for the landlord’s confirmation. Are you serious?! Why send a confirmation in the first place if you can’t even secure the viewing? Their “solution” was to offer me a pathetic 35 m² flat for the same price, when I came to see one that was over 50 m²!

This level of incompetence and lack of respect for people's time is beyond belief. They don't even deserve 1 star! Avoid this unprofessional joke of an agency at all costs—unless you enjoy having your time and patience wasted!

Molly was key in organizing the maintenance and renovation works in our flat. She always made herself available to answer our questions, and ensured fast and transparent communication between the contractors and us. Things would have moved much slower without her.

Jordan was very helpful with keeping us informed throughout the letting process and ensured we were able to get a viewing which accommodated our busy schedules. We were slightly late to our appointment for reasons out of our control and he was still able to welcome us to the property which we were extremely grateful for. He remained in touch with us throughout and was polite, informative, and professional.

Jasmine Jacoub was our allocated Sales Executive and she could not have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the local market and was from the outset realistic about the price we could expect for the property being sold. At all times she was totally committed, professional and friendly. Jasmine made various recommendations during the process and as we had complete confidence in her proposals we were happy to follow them which resulted in a successful sale. She communicated regularly and was always available in the office or at the telephone and responded punctually to emails and any follow up required. I do not see how Jasmine could have improved on the outstanding service provided. She is a credit to Chancellors.

Ruadhri from the estate agency did a fantastic job lining up various options for my flat search. His dedication and know-how in suggesting alternatives showed he genuinely cared about finding me the perfect place. Ruadhri's friendly and determined approach makes him a standout in the real estate game. A big shoutout to him for all the help in the process!
