Whilst getting the property on the market did take a little longer than anticipated, we found both Lyndsey and Hannah very helpful and kind during the sale. They kept us updated at all times and gave us advice where necessary.

It has been a difficult time to try and sell with the pandemic. As time has gone by things have changed a little, but Chancellors did their best to market a difficult property. The new Manageress at Llandrindod branch has taken a personal interst in my plight and managed to find me a buyer who is perfect for the property and the town of Rhayader. She has been exceedingly helpful in finding me a new property and very accommodating. I am extremely happy.

Extremely impressive service from Tim and Sophie at the LLandrindod Wells office. Our house that had been on the market for 6 months, with very little interest with another company, sold almost immediately with Chancellors and we cannot praise Tim and Sophie enough for their professionalism and personal interaction which made the selling of our house a troublefree experience.

We attended at a viewing last weekend, with the newest member of staff Miya, she was fantastic, she showed use around a very large building which is in the process of being converted, she opened access panels, guided us to where the utilities came into the building, and left late for her next viewing and unfortunately quite dustier than when she started, nothing was too much trouble for her, and my husband and I were shocked she had only been in the job one week! She was also lovely and answered anything that she possibly could.

We have found Sophie Crane to be lovely to deal with and sensitive to our situation. She has kept us up to date at every juncture and we are to have had her help.

As a purchaser Sophie has acted in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Sophie was willing to assist a family member viewing the property by conducting a live "face time " video call. She has gone beyond the expectations of an estate agent / salesperson.

Sophie was prompt, could answer all my questions and clearly had a good rapport with the vendors.

Charlie was especially very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable towards my requirements, certainly alot more helpful than some other local agents! He was so easy to get on with while looking for a suitable property.

The communications were excellent and i was kept up to date with everything going on at each stage, infact i didn't realise how much you were kept in the loop. Having a single point of account management made things so easy especially with all the restrictions due to covid rules.

I'd have no hesitation using this company again for another move, and would recommend them highly to anyone!

Basic context being that I have just bought my first home through them. From initial enquiries through to completion took between 4-5 months, during COVID. Overall, they were very professional. Communication was excellent. I never found myself having to be persistent in trying to speak to somebody. 5-star service but for a niggle with the first viewing and for waiting for me to ask for the Sold sign to come down. Would happily recommend to friends and family all-in-all!
