We were 10 minutes early for our appointment and Charlotte was already there waiting to greet us. Charlotte was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area.

Charlotte was very friendly and answered all our question she came across very professional.

Extremely friendly, helpful and efficient service. Charlotte answered the phone promptly, was quick to check the possibilities of a viewing, and equally quick to come up with another suitable property to take in at the same time. She then confirmed the details both by email immediately, and then on the day by text message.
During the viewings themselves she was very friendly, positive and informative.

Lovely to meet Charlotte who showed us around the property. She was able to answer all the questions we threw at her! A thorough visit of the property was very useful. Thank you for making the experience better for us.

Charlotte from Chancellors has been extremely helpful in setting up and attending viewings. Nothing is too much trouble. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the property - offering lots of insights and ideas about potential upgrades (clearly loves and understands property). She was also very warm and personable, and I immediately felt a rapport, which really helps when looking to buy. I look forward to working with her through the sale/purchase hopefully!

Charlotte was knowledgeable, pleasant and the viewings positive and relaxed. We loved the fact that she gave us time alone after she'd shown us around to go back through the house by ourselves and have another look. We booked to view a particular house and she also suggested another one which fit our needs even more. The communication between us was excellent.

We appreciated that Charlotte showed us round the property but then left us to look round on our own. She was on hand to answer our questions, and if she didn't know, she said so, rather than try to "flannel around".
Charlotte listened to what we said and did not try to pressurise us into making a decision. Professional, polite and friendly.

I can’t thank Sharon Humphrey’s enough for all of her time and hard work in helping me. She is always available to speak to or to see in person even though the phone never stops ringing. I have dealt with many estate agents in my lifetime and Sharon definitely goes above and beyond anyone who I have had to deal with before. These people are totally irresponsible! In November 2021 they started marketing our house and nearly year later, one (apparent) viewing and few (apparent) cancelled viewings.
Back in November they promised to put on the web page the virtual tour and video, which we paid for, it never happened to date. The photos that are currently on the webpage are the one we supplied them. They did nothing to make the presentation worthwhile looking into other than calling me invariably every Monday to express their regret that they had very few/none enquiries and they have plenty of marketing strategies, including reducing the asking price.
Over two weeks ago a "marketing strategist" named Kirsty visited us when she demanded my signature for a contract renewal. In addition she promised that she would organise visit of an professional photographer for new pictures and virtual tour to be taken. She also promised a premium marketing of the house, free of charge. The same day I provided her with the video of the house in and out. She said that the new web page of the house will be up and running by the end of that week. 15 days later nothing occurred, the same webpage, the same on story.
Again this morning, another Chancellor 's call to say there was not much interest in our property offering me new marketing strategies, i.e. asking price reduction. When I mentioned Kirsty's visit and her promisses, my impression was that she had no idea what I am talking about.
Utterly waist of time. Steer wide away from this Chancellor's office.

Kirsty and Sharon are really helpful, friendly and professional in assisting us to find a property.
