When we decided to put our property on the market , Tim, and Lillie at the Hereford branch fully understood our needs, and expectations. The marketing was very professional, and we sold our property within the first week. The approach by the team at the Hereford branch, in a difficult property market was always professional, and we would not hesitate to recommend them, and use them again.

Rented a house through them, Hereford branch, would avoid at all costs. Slow communication, rude, never helpful when we had any issues, no one seems to care or take any ownership. I would strongly advise against using them if you can!

Maria was amazing and always on hand with any queries I had and advice along the way, her knowledge and expertise shines through! She had a common sense and can do attitude that is rare and much appreciated when selling/buying a property! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone to deal with their property sale/purchase 😁

Huge turnover of staff meaning no continuity of care / knowledge of your account.
Lies, delays, extortionate charges you’re unable to break contract (even when they only signed you up for a 3 month free trial).
No complaints process!!

Myself and partner had a viewing with Lilli and were very impressed by her friendly and professional manner. You could tell that she had done her research on the house and was able to answer all the questions we had. I would even say that compared to other viewings we’ve had, with other estate agents, Lilli went the extra mile by giving us ideas on what could be done with the house whilst helping us visualise what potential it has. Unfortunately with the work that needs doing and the guide price making it out of our budget we wouldn’t be making an offer, no discredit to Lilli.

I have viewed many properties over the last few months with various estate agents. I would just like to say how impressed my family and I were with Lilli Gallagher, she really stood out and went above and beyond. We feel she was exceptional. Thank you
