Went for a viewing today with Jake. He was really helpful answering our questions and showing us around. Great service !!

We were shown around a rental by Jake. Jake was kind and warm. Provided us with helpful information about the property. Overall, we had a pleasant experience

The whole team at chancellors were fantastic in assisting the sale of our property. The communication and regular updates were excellent and I would highly recommend using there service.

From putting our house on the market through to successfully selling,the process was made easier with Lilli's help and support. Nothing was too much trouble Lilli was always ready to help with any queries we had.

This is a follow up review in regards to Chancellors Estate Agents in Hereford. I am a new tenant and am genuinely impressed with the level of service provided by this Estate Agent. They are kind, courteous and have an exceptional level of communication which has not gone unnoticed. I've had a recent issue arise and Steven who is one of the managers i believe were very understanding, helpful wnd made me feel at ease throughout our interaction. I am happy to be a tenant with these guys, very hard to find Estate Agents who honour the tenant alongside the landlords who work with them. I highly recommend using Chancellors in Hereford if your local or moving to the area. Thanks again

The staff in Hereford are always friendly and helpful. I must commend Greg Ryan whose service goes above the call of duty. He is an asset to Chancellors and keeps the client updated every step of the way. With the calibre of service I constantly receive its five star plus service! 🥇🏆🥇

What made my experience so good was purely down to Gregg and his understanding of my seller who was particularly awkward and totally frustrating. I relied on him constantly to get things done with this man in a way I could not buy pushing him just enough to get things done.
If I had to criticise it would be charging the buyer £80 upfront on agreeing a sale by the company. Not fair and not a good decision.

I found chancellors were very helpful they help me all the way through the procedure and made it easy also Lillie Gallagher and Greg Ryan were great kept me informed and was happy taking me around the property that I was interested in, I would recommend chancellors to any one who would like to sell their property or even buy.

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the Hereford Chancellors team. I had visits from three of the agents who were clearly very interested in my property and what I have loved about living in it. I knew immediately they would represent me and my property well and I want to thank them for their expertise, care and professionalism in all their dealings with me.

Chloe has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She has been diligent in keeping us up to date with viewings and responded on a timely basis to any queries we had.
She has been extremely understanding of our position and managed the competing demands of her vendor and us the purchaser very professionally.

Ruby has been attentive and always provided us updates. All of the staff involved with the sale of our property have been professional and helpful.

I met with Jake for my viewing appt, he was waiting at the property perfectly on time for me. I felt he understood everything I needed to know about the property and took time to answer any other questions. I didn't feel rushed which is important when you're viewing a potential home.

All at Chancellors are extremely professional and thorough. All communications were extremely prompt and any questions answered in a timely fashion. In particular, Tim at chancellors was also very understanding and showed a level of patience which was really appreciated.
