If you want a wonderful new home, and to be guided through the process, Chancellors Henley and Simon Swanson are the team for you! Simon was lovely to work with, attentive, responsive, amazing communicator and negotiator. He thought about our family situation, what would work best for us, explained local laws and customs, helped us settle into the area and sort every last detail. The execution was flawless. Natalia has been very helpful on both occasions when she has given me access to the flat I am buying. She has been punctual at the venue & unobtrusive while I've taken measurements or talked to friends who have accompanied me. She has a pleasant & friendly manner & I'm sure she will be an asset to Chancellors.

We have been shown two properties now by Natalia who on both occasions has proven to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the properties we are looking at.
She was on time which is always a good start to a busy schedule and was able to provide us with all information requested. If she was unable to answer anything in particular then she made sure she found out the answer and relayed that to us at a later date. Natalia Kubinska Thought out of the box - when I asked her about a bungalow to view she asked me whether I’d considered another one also on with yourselves. She booked both in one after another - saving me two journeys.
She said she’d wait for me if the traffic was bad. Which took stress and pressure off me giving me a clear head to think when I arrived and looked around.
She is a polite professional girl, not pushy like some. Some talk at you and you don’t have head space and time to process the property. Refreshing to meet an estate agent like her.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chancellors and in particular Simon Swanson for my recent house rental.
I was selling my previous property and moving into a rented property for the first time in a long time and Simon made sure that the process of doing so went very smoothly. Keeping me up to date with all developments – which I found very useful in minimising the stress that exist around moving homes.

I had dealt with several other letting agents in Henley and my experience with Chancellors was superior. The viewings were swiftly organised, punctual and informed – which lead to swift decision making on my behalf – and I believe the landlord’s too.

This was largely down to Simon’s attention to detail and knowledge of what people need/want from this experience- he goes beyond what I would have expected.

Perhaps this is best illustrated with an example. On my moving in day (which was stressful enough), I was unfortunate to lock myself out of my new rental property with the keys left inside – this threatened to delay the ‘delicate’ timing of moving day. I called Simon and explained my situation and he was kind enough to walk the office set of keys to me himself – in the rain!

Great enthusiastic service provided by Simon. Has been very helpful from the start in the search for a property to let and was very pro active in sourcing suitable places. Was very accommodating to providing viewings. He has been very efficient in processing the tenancy agreement and been very informative on what is needed from all parties.
Throughout the process Simon has always been on the end of the phone to answer any questions and is quick to resolve any issues.

A great service and found him very approachable and easy to deal with. Most importantly he responds to emails and calls without having to chase him which is invaluable.

Natalia was very friendly and helpful, she was professional and rearranged her schedule to accommodate showing us around a house. She was knowledgeable about the property we viewed and it was a pleasure to meet her.
