Francesca Deacon was a huge help, always responsive and efficient.

Excellent property managers. As a renters, we've found Chancellors to be helpful, responsive every time we've had a specific request for repairs, replacements or contract renewal. They facilitate communication with our landlord and have been great to work with over the last 3 years. Shoutout to Franki who made our last property inspection smooth and non-intrusive as possible!

Helpful and fast-moving with viewings and initially agreeing to secure a lease; much slower when finalising the lease and issuing a signed contract, with limited responsiveness to enquiries.

When dealing with my mothers estate Jack was very communicative patient and understanding as i didn't know anything Jack and the team were there every step of the way going beyond to make my experience run smoothly

On 11 April 2024 at 16:14, your office called me, telling me that the tenants refused to move and asking me whether I served a termination notice. To my surprise, you did not check or keep a record of our communications. I told the staff that I serviced the notice two months ago and that 12 April 2024 would be the date for tenants to move out. The staff said she would check the situation and call me back the following day. However, I received no phone calls from you on 12 April.

On 13 and 16 April 2024, I emailed your office to ask for an update with no response. See the emails below.

On 19 April 2024 at 11:55, I called your office. To my surprise, the member of staff who answered my phone told me she did not find my emails sent on 13 or 16 April. She was not aware of the situation of my property. She said that one of her colleagues knew the situation and would call me back. I asked when I would hear from her. She said it would be in the afternoon. However, I received no phone calls from you on 19 April.

Whatever the situation is, direct and honest communication between an owner and a property management team is key. It has been over a week since I asked for an update on the situation of whether the tenants have left my property. Having no update from the full management that I have paid for, I have every reason to believe that my property is not managed well, the tenants are still occupying my property, and the property management team is hiding something from me.

The landlord service I have been receiving is extremely disappointing and not fit for purpose. I deem this line of communication inefficient and ineffective.

Jonathan was so helpful in finding a good tenant within a week and Franki from the property Management team is very prompt in responding and resolving issues.

Frankie Poole was very professional, knowledgeable and most important friendly and approachable.

Very responsive agent (Freya) who was always happy to clarify details over the phone and answer questions promptly.

When viewing properties the agents were helpful, polite and willing to look up additional details to answer questions (Rebecca and Harry).

Some issues with lack of communication on earlier offers, but think a lot of that was down to delay with landlords.

Both Frankie and Harry at the Headington, Oxford branch have been amazing from our experience.
