Poppy was helpful in giving information regarding my house move completely stress-free from start to finish. The team was professional, organised, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Communication was clear and consistent, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on moving day. Chancellors Headington Branch. I am writing this review because people need to be alert to how challenging it has been to work with this branch. We are trying to sell our house and two viewings had to be cancelled because Chancellors were not present, gave us the wrong keys and did not seem to have the right keys. Not clear if it’s incompetence or something else. Don’t use this branch - it will be stressful

Jonathan Pincott, the Lettings Manager, is approachable and effective and each team he has is just as effective. Big shout out to Will Jones for finally sorting out problems with my digital account.
