Very impressed with Chris Dorsett he is very personable, has kept me well informed on all aspects of the potential sale of my property. He has a very easy going but efficient manner and I cannot fault him. I have no hesitation in recommending Chancellors/Hay-on-Wye.

Kian Perrott was extremely understanding and helpful in finding a flat for myself. Kian located all available properties that were suitable for me and emailed them to me within minutes. He understood my needs and was excellent to converse with!

Kian was extremely pleasant and welcoming at the property. Allowed us enough time to view and also take some room measurements. Very clear and specific regarding the application process. It was a pleasure to meet him.

Good service when I made an enquiry, a phone call earlier in the day to check I could make to appointment, and a friendly person to show me round the property. Overall couldn't be better.

Dealing with chancellors letting Negotiator (Kian) was a very professional experience and we felt well looked after while hunting for a new rental property. We always felt welcomed and that Kian always had time to talk to us about anything we were concerned about. 10/10

Jane was so good in understanding the situation with my aunt when letting a property. She kept us updated of all viewings and advised who she thought would be a good tenant. She also visited my aunt to get documents signed when I was unable to.Thanks so much for everything Jane.

I have recently sold my property with another estate agent in the area. Since communicating with Chancellors regarding potential properties to buy I wish I had gone to Chancellors to sell my own. Their communication is excellent. They respond to all calls and email promptly, offering professional and friendly advise. I can't fault them.

We had another trip to Hay to view some properties and Chloe put together a lovely itinerary for us and was very informative and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for Chloe, she always keeps us updated with potential properties we may be interested in and gets back to us so promptly to answer any queries. Chloe has excellent customer service and it is great liaising with her, - thank you for all your help and advice so far!!
