Had a great tour of the property and replied to all of my emails swiftly and gave all the information I needed.

Great service. Clear with assessments. Polite but honest with her opinions. Over and above what was expected.

Even through some pretty stressful moments she was supportive, cheerful and totally brilliant. Thank you for helping me get over the line. I have only given 4 stars because I find phone calls from Bracknell from people who don't know what is really going on unhelpful. I also really did not think charging £80 for id checks is acceptable. I would happily give Chancellors my business if I ever decide to move again. Thank you
