Shannon at Chancellors is always receptive and polite. She responds quickly with queries and advocates for us in negotiations with our landlord.

Having contacted Jordan to enquire about a viewing of the property we are to take over on the 1st July. Jordan obliged by arranging his day to give us max time available at the property. Meeting us there did everything to help us establish the information we needed prior to the move. From the point we entered the Chancellors branch to initially enquire about the property, Jordan came forward and dealt with the appointment, viewing and assisted along the way with the application. Can 100% endorse the branch and in particular Jordan for first class customer satisfaction.

Jason and the rest of the maintenance team are really helpful, following up aby issues by telephone and by email. They're always approachable and understanding when explaining any concerns.

Thank you Jason Byrne in property management for your very efficient and friendly customer service sorting out the end of tenancy arrangements and getting ready for the Sale of the property. Liaising with the selective licensing department and tenants and keeping me updated every step of the way so I do not need to worry about anything. Staff seemed to be helpful in the beginning with viewings, payments etc but when collected keys- house was in very bad condition, dirty, either previous tenants’ belongings , torn mattresses -not professionally cleaned and repaires not fixed on time.
Photos on advert taken few years ago - not updated.
After complaining- no reaction from Chanclellors at all

Emily Dinmore gave us a tour of the property we're interested in buying. She was brilliant, really helpful and let us explore but was there to answer our questions and point out the perks of the house too.

I have a good experience regarding their customer service and communication for viewing. I have not proceeded with further steps so I can not tell about it.

Leah was very friendly and helpful when I called to book in a viewing. The guided me through the process and answered all my questions.
