Chancellors must be the most proactive estate agent in Chesham. A breath of fresh air compared to a lot of estate agents that are quite happy to sit back and take their commission but not do anything for it.

From the initial sales process and getting viewings through the door, following up and getting feedback. Through to negotiations and when a sale has been agreed, they are very much a hands on estate agent, all the way through to exchange and completion keeping buyer and seller in the loop, nudging when little things need to be done and keeping everything ticking along. Very happy with the service and will 100% use them again in the future. Thank you Nick!
