Getting the house on the market and getting a buyer was ok but James in after sales did not make it easy, the whole process went downhill very quickly

great service and communication from start to finish.. we had the house for sale with another dominate agent in Chesham for over 8 months who sold the house four times but failed to see the sales through. due to there neglect of the sale. unlike nick and james at chancellors who have kept us informed every step of the way and been proactive all the way through.

Ben Newman from the Central Lettings Team has been a superstar in dealing with our documents and ensure a positive progression of our tenancy. His level of communication is outstanding, he gave regular updates and made it really clear what the next step would have been. He has taken care of our case with great professionalism and efficiency. He's a great asset to the team.

I also want to shout out to Henry Smith, Chesham Letting Manager. We had an excellent experience with Henry: he was approachable, professional, and reliable throughout the entire process. He followed through on his commitments, and proved to be someone we could trust. Thanks so much Henry!
