I’ve been working with Shana for some time now as an owner of a block of flats, and she’s genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and she consistently goes above and beyond in her role. Shana is always proactive, responsive, and nothing is ever too much trouble for her.

After a year of my daughter not having contact with her landlord, through Chancellors, Shana arrived in the department. She picked up the ball and ran with it! We had contact with the landlord and works that needed doing were arranged! Shana is an amazing, efficient young lady and I would recommend her to anyone to 'Get the job done!' Thank you :)

Rented a small house through Chancellors in Bracknell. The place was a bit run down and things kept breaking. Chancellors always sided with the landlord and said we had caused the breakages and it was not wear and tear, which is totally unfair and dishonest. They also appear to have repeated issues with getting our rent money to the landlord, who phoned our (his) landline a few times to ask why we hadn't paid, while it was Chancellors holding up the process. I am now using another big name agent and having a 5-star experience in my new rental.

Mr Will Voyce was very helpful,understanding ,supportive and respectful. What impressed me most is that he immediately responded to our request and started dealing with our concerns. He followed up on problem with emails and phone calls and kept us updated.

His commitment and full availability throughout the process were truly appreciated. He consistently provided clear explanations, liaised efficiently with contractors, and showed great patience with all my queries. Always respectful, polite, and solution-focused — ten out of ten service!

I would give zero stars if possible. Chancellors in Bracknell managed a property we were renting out, but also tried to sell the house before that. They lured us in with an absurd "market value" and after dropping down by a staggering £100k, they wanted to drop further to get the sale - we of course pulled it from the market. They are the most incompetent company I have ever worked with. We paid a fortune for the management, but often had to find contractors ourselves and did at least 40-50% of the management ourselves. Our invoices were always wrong and had to be re-issued, it was a nightmare. After we managed to get rid of them, they continued to call repeatedly asking if we wanted to sell or rent out the property. At first I politely told them to never contact me again, but they couldn't even get that right. I'm pretty sure I threatened legal action in our final call and that seems to have done the trick.

It was dealt with early and dealt with expeditiously. In previous years it has been rather late by other members of staff at HQ. That led to a lack of time to discuss options with my son.

Great experience with Betsy managing the property we rent. Always responsive, professional, and easy to deal with.

Shana at Chancellors Thameside Property Management has been very quick to respond in communicating with us and getting any works carried out promptly. Would highly recommend Chancellors as a letting agent. Only criticism I have of my experience with the company is that their portal is a little clunky.
