Chancellors were great with arranging viewings on properties and when we found one we were interested in Zsofia was very helpful and provided good assistance when we had any questions about the tenancy agreement. She was quick to respond to emails with a phone call and also sent a follow up email with any information/content we had discussed afterwards. She made the whole process very easy and we felt supported throughout.
