We had Chante show us around our dream house which then materialised into us being successful in renting it. From the first phone call, Chante was professional and warm in her interactions and built trust that she would find us our ideal property. During the viewings and in the subsequent communications, Chante was transparent and acted with integrity at all times, two values important to myself and I really appreciated her keeping us both updated with developments. Chante is a credit to the company and I will be recommending Chancellors to friends and family in the future. Thank you for making what could have been a long stressful experience such a pleasant, easy one!

The people who work there are unprofessional, the company does not listen, that are only in it to make as much money as they can, people are numbers, in 30 years of renting this is the ABSOLUTE worst agency known to mankind, I highly advise you to see another, this will only bring you grief. I normally never poste a review but I felt I had no choice to protect my fellow humans from this abomination of a company!!

After a particularly stressful time with a failed transaction, the team at Chancellors, particularly Hugo, handled everything smoothly and we felt confident in entrusting him with our sale and purchase of our new property. Hugo, Charlotte and Rav are an asset to the company.

Currently we are Chancellors tenants until the end of April and recently went through a very stressful time after receiving a Section 21 notice. While we searched for our next home on our own (our new tenancy is not through Chancellors), Chante Gibson was the only person from the branch who stayed in contact with us. She called regularly, checked in, and sent property suggestions when she could. Chante was professional, kind, and supportive throughout, she made a difficult process feel less lonely. We’re very happy to recommend her by name and hope the office recognises how much she did for us.

Great experience all round. In particular wanted to share that Leah Bailey has been fantastic throughout my tenancy as she is always responsive, supportive, and clear in her communication which has made the whole process so much easier to navigate!

Booked a viewing for Saturday on the Friday. Despite the short notice Mr Deen was able to arrange the viewing.

His colleague, forgive me for not catching his name, was very friendly and professional. Myself and my family where so impressed that we immediately headed to the Bicester office to fill the forms in.

Despite this being around 30 minutes before closing, Mr Deen sat with us and explained the forms and the various options in an easy to understand fashion and enabled us to make our decisions fully informed.

He has helped us step by step, been a wonderful point of contact and I can not fault his customer service or professionalism.

What could of been a daunting and formidable experience was made easy, understandable and relaxed thanks to the team at Bicester Chancellors.

Issue was resolved in a timely manner. Chelsey Mitchell, property manager, was friendly and helpful as always.

We have been with chancellors in Bicester for the last 4 years. And Chelsey Mitchell from Bicester branch has always been so helpful for us as we are the house owner and every query we have there is always a prompt reply from Chelsey and we are always at ease .

We have had an amazing experience with Chancellors, they have been with us every step of the way and also kept in contact every week without missing one I have to especially thank James and Rav Dhillon for being a great help
