My experience with Chancellors has been great. Chelsey Mitchell, the Property Manager who manages our property, has been consistently courteous, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with Chelsey as a landlord. They are highly responsive, friendly and professional. Always responds to my emails swiftly and clearly. I would recommend Chancellors to anyone.

Alagie Deen was my port of call at Chancellors, Bicester and he was fantastic. So helpful, so attentive and really understood me, my needs and wants with renting a property. He couldn’t have worked harder for me and I’m so grateful for all his help and friendly approach

I had some difficulty finding agents who would follow up properly, but Deen was excellent—very diligent in sending me properties that matched what I was looking for. On the viewing day, Zsofia was punctual, friendly, and professional. She was flexible in arranging a time that suited my schedule, and when I had trouble finding the property, she was patient and helpful in guiding me. Overall, I’m very happy with the service from both Deen and Zsofia.

As a landlord it’s important to me that my property is in the right hands when being managed for rental, not only because it is a business, but because I am also sentimental about my house.
I recently moved over to Chancellors, after spending many years with another local letting agent that unfortunately had let their standards slip. It was a big decision for me to make this move and I felt quite anxious about it all. I needn’t have worried so much, as the team at Chancellors in Bicester handled everything swiftly and were very professional.
Everyone that I have had contact with, has been very polite and friendly and couldn’t do enough to make the whole process of moving to their agency and finding new tenants as smooth as possible.
The processes they have in place from marketing to tenants moving in, are beyond what I am used to and I have been very impressed. I feel happy that my property is in excellent hands being managed and we have lovely tenants in place.

I’m new to the renting space (previously owned). So when I set out to find a space to rent I was a little overwhelmed and surprised by the market. I can only speak to my own experience with two letting agencies. The first of which was abrupt, rude, and was clear they didn’t want to give me the time of day. The second? Unbelievably kind and understanding. Led with professional expertise that immediate put me at ease and made me trust her. After 3 viewings, and no sign of annoyance from Zsofia, I found my perfect place and made an offer. I had a few things I was worried about and they were handled with care. I felt listened to. I felt like it was all in hand. Zsofia from Chancellors deserves all the praise.

Companies are represented by the people they hire and employ. Zsofia was a great choice by her employer. I never felt like a nuisance to her. I can be quite anxious but she really made me feel like she was in control and not to worry. I’m glad I trusted her. We need more like her in this industry.

Chelsey has been great at responding and working with us to address issues and it is because of her that I give a 4 star rating. However, I am not impressed with the speed or quality of managing property needs such as repairs, maintenance and replacement of equipment. There is too much managed through emails (you have lost the personal, immediate service that I had a few years ago) and it takes way too long and it is excessively expensive to use your 'contractors' who are clearly taking advantage for pricing. If it was not for Chelsey, the rating would be 2-3 stars

Sofia is fantastic. She replies to my emails straight away. She is very helpful and understanding.

I am very grateful for the help I received from Zsofia. I was impressed by how smooth the entire process was from the initial contact to the house viewing, application, and agreement.

I've had a great experience with Zsofia at Chancellors. She was always available or called back/emailed quickly, she provided me with all the information I needed, she was flexible with arranging viewings and above all just very positive and helpful! She's made me feel like a valued client, which is not always the case in the lettings market as a tenant. I couldn't have asked for more, just perfect. It's really made me respect Chancellors Bicester and has helped the process for me.

Chancellors Bicester always managed to find me a good tenant playing good rents with no gaps maximising the income but more importantly, good tenants to look after the property backed up by a good property management team who are proactive and lead me to run my business. Special thanks goes to Chelsey in the property team for managing the smooth transition between tenants last month - thank you
