Stephanie Ioannou at the Barnet branch of Chancellors is excellent. She went above and beyond to help with a very lengthy and complex sales process, and it is thanks to her that everything moved along and worked. She was reliable and fast in communicating, professional, and very supportive.

Stephanie was very Professional and thorough in her approach without being intrusive .
We had a complex technical issue with an e doc which tested everyone's patience .

Stephanie was the Estate Agent rep that I've most enjoyed dealing with by far since I began looking for a property. The house I ended up buying was one of the first places I went to see at the start of the year. The seller had already agreed to accept the offer of the buyer previous to me, but Stephanie told me I would still have a chance as she did not think that this buyer was serious. Later on, after quite a few months of asking Stephanie on a regular basis to find out if the deal was still going ahead, she informed me that the buyer had indeed pulled out the agreement, proving Stephanie's instincts to be correct. She was fantastic from arranging the viewings, to securing the sale and continuous support throughout the process to completion. I really appreciated her commitment to ensuring a positive outcome for me and she is a valuable asset to the Chancellors Barnet team.

From the start the team was very helpful, honest and friendly. They were supportive and accommodating to my mum's needs around selling her house with the least stress to her. Stephanie Ioannou was particularly helpful, keeping in contact with updates and support and great communicating with my mum. When our buyer dropped out Stephanie was on the case straight away finding us a suitable buyer so we managed to keep our chain and save a lot of stress. Throughout the process Stephanie and the team have been there to advise and support us through the selling process making it as smooth and painless as possible.

Selling a property can be very stressful but I was allocated a fabulous lady call Stephanie who has a vast experience in the property market. I felt that my hand was held throughout the process and kept updated at every step.

I have been working with Stephanie on selling my house, she kept me up to date regularly on viewings and feedback. Once an offer was accepted, Stephanie stayed in regular contact to ensure everything was going smoothly on my onward purchase and to ensure my buyer was kept up to date. Eventually my purchase fell through and Stephanie arranged a viewing on a property which I eventually had an offer accepted on. She also stepped in and ensured (after a miscommunication from the now former branch manager) that all three parties in the chain were still good to proceed and ensuring the timings of exchange and completion were suitable to all three parties in the chain.
In short, Chancellors' fees are reasonable and the staff, in particular Stephanie, knows the local market well and ensures values are reasonable and sellers' expectations are managed. Thanks Stephanie for your support.

Steph was intuitive, proactive and relentless in her positivity and pace. She encouraged me to view selected properties that had most of what I thought I wanted and her passion gave me hope when I was thinking to throw the towel in.
After a detailed phonecall she was good enough to spend almost an entire day with me at pre-arranged appointments organised 1 after another and travel time factored in because she knew my spare time was limited.
Ultimately, though the property I eventually purchased was not through her agency, she stands head and shoulders above the rest, for being the best!

Sounds like a con to grab your details, try to put your current place on rent and leave you high and dry because the properties advertised do not exist. Avoid.
