Very professional and helpful staff members.

I would recommend Chancellors and commend them in being very attentive and helpful with the sale of my property. Grace, who was looking after me, was very patient throughout the process and kept in regular communication so I knew exactly what stage I was at. She was very professional and always made a concerted effort to accommodate all viewings around her own schedule. I am very grateful for all of her’s and Tom’s efforts along with the rest of the Chancellors team.

Incredibly smooth process. Chancellors Aylesbury consistently do a great job managing my re-let. Lillie was on top of the process each step of the way and I was confident that everything was in hand throughout.

After a rocky start of missed appointments and promised updates, we finally found a good common ground and a suitable tenant was secured. When we came up against an issue Henry was able to put my mind at ease and done all he could to assist me and has been a pleasure to work with.

I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Grace and her entire team. They made they whole process seamless.

I dealt with Lillie Kirkham from the very first viewing and I found her so easy to deal with.
I was under pressure to move out of my existing property and into my new one and I had a week to do it so you can imagine the chaos but again Lillie just helped to progress everything speedily and professionally and I can only compliment her for having the patience of a saint with me.

Grace was great from the start, from veiwing the property to helping me secure the property. Helpful and supportive throughout and still is whilst my property goes through. Answered all my questions. Communication very good.

The house was valued and we were told not to spend any money on it.
The gutters were full of silt and overflowing. The back porch roof leaking like a sieve, the floors were bare with paint splatters, the double glazed units full of condensation and some other more minor problems.
We have been offered £25000 below the price they told us we would get and the solicitor says we will probably get a lot less than that.
Apart from that , emails were not responded to and they would change the viewing times even though they couldn't contact us to change it.
They turned up with 6 people, just as we were having lunch.
It's a three bedroom going for the price of a two bedroom if anyone is interested as the date to exchange contracts has been moved yet again.
I hope they read this as I have been unable to get the executor to use a more competent firm and they might withdraw their services with luck.

We Had Grace help us find our new home, I could not fault her, she was brilliant. Just what you need when you are a first time buyer looking for a family home!
