Luke and the team at Chancellor's in Amersham were extremely helpful and professional regarding my property valuation and prospective move. I am grateful for the clarify of their communication and how promptly they responded to my questions.

On behalf of Chancellors, Shaun Gomm has been an excellent sales negotiator acting with total competence throughout the sales process. He has conducted a large number of viewing and actively pursued possible purchasers and these efforts has resulted in a sale price of £435,000 which was the guide price proposed by James Incledon who was our initial Chancellors contact.

I was asked by a Chancellors, Amersham Branch staff member, to write a review. I responded to his email request thus; Twice now, Chancellors have been asked to review fees in respect of poor performance related to the sale of my property. No response has been forthcoming. I suggest that this matter is at least acknowledged and responded to, before any review is written.
I waited a month, and it is no surprise that nothing has been heard from Chancellors. Chancellors staff displayed poor communication, incompetence and unreliability throughout our painfully slow sales process. An area director supposedly, was dealing with our complaints, but no surprise, nothing has been heard. AVOID AVOID AVOID

UPDATE!! Thank you louisedothughesatchancellorsdotcodotuk for your response. I responded straight away giving my contact details ready to discuss things in more detail. Remember I mentioned Chancellor's dismal communication? TWO WEEKS have passed and I have heard nothing! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

My 5 stars are purely for James at the Amersham branch!
He put up with my persistent everyday phone calls like a trooper.
The sale of my house was by no way an easy process but without James I don’t think it would have ever happened.

James was extremely helpful during the whole process. He was also very realistic and transparent from beginning to start. I would have no hesitation to recommend him.

James was very professional and although we didn't by a house through Chancellors he was our favourite estate agent and easily the keenest!!

My experience of moving into a rental property with Chancellors Amersham has been great- mainly thanks to Leisa. I cannot recommend dealing with Chancellors enough, I have been through many different estate agents in the past and never have I received such a professional, yet kind-hearted and attentive service from a member of a team.

Leisa has made moving a breeze, dealing with any queries I have had quickly and efficiently, going above and beyond in my opinion to make things go as smoothly as possible. She has kept me updated every step of the way, being both compassionate and informative.

I wish every future move could be dealt with by Chancellors and Leisa in particular. You have a very rare and outstanding member of your team in her.

We found James at Chancellors very helpful as he kept us fully informed of viewings, developments and sales progression and followed up to keep our sale on track.
However, before James’s arrival, communication with the office was difficult as calls were often not answered. We also found that the sales progression team was not up to speed with events. That said, we do appreciate that the past few months have been exceptionally busy and challenging for Estate Agents. W are very pleased to have achieved a sale which would not have happened if Chanellors had not contacted us in the first instance to market the property.
